We had a great time. The beautiful room, calm atmosphere and lush nature around the temple are perfect for a few days to relax. The family that is running the temple stay is very friendly. Also, the food was delicious, so many little dishes to try, and all made of local vegetables - amazing!

It was my first time staying in a lodging, but unlike what I had imagined, the room looked like a regular inn, so I was able to stay there without any inconvenience. One of my goals was to eat vegetarian cuisine, and each dish was so delicious that I was impressed.Meals were served in a private room, and I was able to soothe my mind and body as I enjoyed the meal while watching the greenery visible through the window, the sun gradually setting, and the gentle light of the garden lights surrounding me.You can eat delicious food no matter where you travel, but I don't think you can experience the ``food experience'' you get here anywhere else.My first zazen experience the next day was also wonderful. I was able to have an experience that I don't normally have, such as looking into my own heart. It has become a place I would like to visit again.I am filled with gratitude!

The chief priest is a wonderful person. We heard various stories about the history of Daisen. He not only talks about the beautiful mountain, Mt. Daisen, but also the charms of Tottori and the San'in region from a historical perspective in an easy-to-understand manner and at a good pace (?).Also, the food is delicious!

[Location] The location is convenient for both mountain climbers and worshipers. The signboard says shojin ryori and wild vegetable dishes, so it's irresistible for fans of shojin ryori and wild vegetable dishes. [Entrance] Perhaps because the emphasis is on convenience, the vending machines are lined up side by side. [Meals] The true value of this inn. Let's detox both body and mind from the calories that cause many daily worries. [Bath] Enough for what you need. [Interior] The hobbies and preferences of the owner and his wife are utilized, but tastes and evaluations may differ. [Various Activities] Customers from overseas will also enjoy the memories of their trip, such as copying sutras, copying Buddha statues, and zazen meditation. [Recommended/Revisit] If I have another chance.

I wasn't introduced to it by anyone, and I was looking for something delicious to eat when I found it.Everything was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating with my chopsticks, and my wife and I were both full...Personally, I don't think I'll be able to forget the sesame tofu.
