Apart from one other couple, we were the only guests. The dinner was freshly prepared and was good. Breakfast to order. The path to the waterfalls is easy to find. Unfortunately there's nothing going on nearby. The pool has a great view. You just have to walk down over 100 steps.

The hotel is very well located. An exceptional view. Nothing more. Very dirty room. Dirty bathroom, towels not clean. Nice size room.Very average meal. Half of the menu is missing and there is no choice for breakfast [eggs or pancakes]. Happy to leave this place after 2 nights.

I'd Return Only If I Forgot Where I StayedWe spent three unforgettable nights at this hotel, though we’d rather forget them. The hotel is older, which wouldn't be an issue if it were at least maintained. Unfortunately, the mold in the bathroom and the filth in the room suggest that upkeep is not a priority. The restaurant? For the prices they charge, we expected more than average food, but unfortunately, one visit was more than enough.Breakfast was truly exceptional—though, unfortunately, not in a good way. If you were lucky, you might find something other than eggs (which, by the way, you have to request because the staff apparently waits for you to ask). As for the buffet? I'd rather not even comment, unless you enjoy starting your morning on an empty stomach.The only saving grace was when a large group of elderly tourists arrived—breakfast was occasionally restocked. Despite this "luxury," we decided we would never return to this hotel. If anyone wants to save their money and sanity, I highly recommend finding another place to stay.

Munduk Sari resort is a great place to stay if you want to visit the mountains. It is close to the beautiful waterfalls of Munduk. The personal is friendly and helpful and the view is of an astonishing beauty. Outside of the bit primitive bathroom the rooms are great.The restaurant was nice, enough to choose from, also for the kids.

The 2 stars are mainly for the beautiful view and the pool. There were also a number of things wrong with our room, safe did not work, lighting was broken, sink and bath did not flow, the shower control was broken and we had to fix it ourselves, mold and holes in the mosquito net, no fan or air conditioning available.We had booked a package trip and did not know where we would end up in terms of accommodation. Instead of the booked 2 nights, we left asap after the first night.The “service” in the restaurant was special as we had to do and ask for everything ourselves.The lady at reception helped us well as we had these problems with the tour operator (Riksja Travel, and locally Happy Tours).

Perfect accommodation with all services available. The waterfall walk is a bit too difficult for us seniors. Instead, ask for a local driver/guide at reception. Ketut Suarya drove and guided us around fantastically all day. Good English speaking guide and absolutely not expensive. Recommended! Ria & Henk.

This is my 4th stay on this resort and I can’t say nothing bad about it!! The restaurants and rooms has amazing view. Amazing pool. Great value for the price. Limited on their restaurant menu but still great. Will look forward to my future stays here

I came here for dinner and I was so disappointed with the food and drinks quality as well as the staff. I ordered the tuna, which was completely raw in the middle, and smelled off. I asked the staff to take the meal away because it was rotten. The strawberry drink 🍸 I ordered was also terrible. The strawberries were rotten. When I got the bills, they tried to charge me full price for everything despite sending my meal back without eating it. I was also charged an extra credit card fee even though I paid with cash. Avoid this place at all costs. Everything about it was bad.

Friendly and caring staff! The hotel restaurant was really very good, a favorite for the Spring Rolls.We tried the Balinese massage and it was a real moment of relaxation!The view from the terrace is splendid!You just have to remember to bring earplugs because being in the middle of nature, you can hear the dogs and roosters well.
