The north exit of Hamada Station is obsolete; the south exit is more prosperous. There is not even a convenience store between the station and the hotel. The only one there is Edion, and if you go a little further you'll find a 7-Eleven.There was a WOWOW drama called "Shingari" so I paid to watch it, but only the last episode was not available. What kind of harassment is this even though I paid to watch it?The rooms and other features are the same as other Toyoko Inns.In the first place, there was nothing near Hamada Station, so choosing it as a travel inn was a mistake, including the location.

I used it on a business trip.I think the room was clean. It's right next to the north exit of the station, so it's very convenient if you're using the train.

There was a huge line for breakfast from the beginning of the morning. It is inefficient because the space is small and the space it takes is small. There are only a few seats, so it fills up quickly. The rows of seats are blocking the seats. They probably serve rice and miso soup as a service, but they have to check with each person individually, so it takes extra time and the line doesn't move forward. It would be faster if each person ordered the amount they wanted.

I used it in mid-August. If there is a Toyoko Inn in an area I visit for business or private purposes, I will give priority to using it. Check-in was said to be smooth, so I paid in advance and lined up at one of the two check-in machines. There were about 6 people waiting for the two cars, but the person in front of me took a long time to adjust the time, and as a result, it took about 30 minutes to check in. This is the first time I've waited this long. I asked the front desk if I could check in, but they said no. In times like this, it would be helpful if the front desk could respond flexibly. The hotel itself was new and comfortable.

When I went to eat breakfast at 8:30, there was almost nothing, and even the rice was leftovers, so I gave up and went to the convenience store instead...The room is clean.

I stayed here for one night while visiting Izumo Taisha Shrine. The hotel's parking lot was full, so I was directed to a nearby pachinko parlor's parking lot. 1,200 yen is too expensive, and the individually wrapped bread at the breakfast buffet had hair baked into it, making it disgusting and making me lose my appetite. The room was clean.

Maid service didn’t leave towels. Front desk staff not as friendly as other Tokoyo Inn’s I’ve stayed at. Rooms are clean and modern.
