Plan with breakfast! I made a reservation that said, but I was told that breakfast was not included, and I was not given a refund. I'll also attach a photo. They called me at 6:30 in the morning and told me that breakfast was available. I said I'd already eaten, but of course they didn't refund my breakfast fee. I'd be pissed if my business trip wasn't covered by the company.Even though it said it was a twin room, it wasn't a twin room at all. I don't really mind that.I'm an individual and there's almost no front desk support. When I called the front desk before 10:30 p.m., they were already asleep! That's what I was told. Even though it's a hotel where check-in is until 24:00.Is it my fault? The room was surprisingly clean and I didn't feel uncomfortable. The bed was also comfortable.

Is the owner Chinese? It's a bit cluttered, but I can understand Japanese. He is sensitive to humidity and odors, so be careful when leaving the room when going out. Also, it seems that most of the cleaning and laundry are done by one person, so be careful as there are various rules when staying overnight, probably to make the work smoother.Free laundry: 2 washing machines and 1 dryerThere is no detergent, so you need to purchase it separatelyBreakfast is basically Japanese style, and if there is something you don't like, they will accommodate you.I was worried after reading other reviews, but the room and bathroom were very clean.Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a microwave. It was a good hotel with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets.

I made a reservation on Rakuten, but please note that it is cheaper to book directly. It feels like a privately run inn. There is no Wi-Fi information or display. There is no yukata, but they will lend you used pajamas lolEverything is old including the TV.The attached Chinese restaurant only accommodates groups.I wouldn't stay there again.

I was looking for a place to stay on Rakuten Travel, but it seemed like a Korean baseball team was coming to visit, and all the cheap places were full. I decided that I had no choice but to attack by phone directly, and after several calls, I was finally able to secure 4 rooms. It's a boat for crossing. Well, I have stayed in Satsumasendai several times, but this was my first time staying here. When I arrived, I saw that the reception was on the second floor, but there was a sign saying "reception" in the kitchen on the first floor, so when I opened it, I was told that the reception was on the second floor and to ring the intercom, but the reception was in a prominent place. It was posted so I couldn't resist opening it. Everything went smoothly after that. The bed was a proud French bed, so I was able to have a good rest.

I had fun with a friendly mom ✨The French bed is very comfortable, and the shampoo, conditioner, etc. are not cheap.Normally single rooms are not large, but the bathtub is relatively large and I was able to relax comfortably✨I will stay again!

The room was clean and didn't have any unpleasant smells. There is no problem with the wi-fi signal strength.A small electric kettle, refrigerator, and wired LAN are also available. There is also an air conditioner and an air purifier. But I don't have loungewear! ! I almost ended up wearing my underwear during the long cold autumn nights.I had brought my jersey with me to work, so everything went smoothly. If you're staying at a guesthouse, you'd be careful not to wear loungewear, but this is a business hotel, so be careful. The tiled floor, rather than carpet, is fresh and cool.Although the landlady has been given a hard look, she has a strong character.

I'm writing this for the people who will use it next time without any bias.Summarizing the main points first・It is better to make a reservation by phone as it will be cheaper.・Be sure to check breakfast, parking, check-out, etc. directly by yourself.・The room is clean (though very smelly and small)・It is best to avoid this unless there is no other space available.I made a reservation by phone after 9pm.Good location, close to downtown. The price system on the website and signboards doesn't make much sense, so be sure to call to confirm the price. The price will be cheaper if you make a reservation over the phone than from outside sources such as Rakuten. This time it was 8,300 yen for two people. I appreciate the free parking.I didn't bother checking because I thought the only payment method would be cash, but the website says it accepts credit cards. Please check if you are planning to stay here in the future. It says that all rooms come with breakfast, but I was told the next day that it wasn't available because I made the reservation late. That's not written anywhere on the signboard or on the homepage.I came here because it said breakfast was included, but I should have told them that when I made the reservation.I can't believe that the price is the same.I was not told the check out time either.Above all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was well-cleaned, and the air purifier with humidification function was a good model from Daikin. The minimum amenities are also available. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't stay the night, but it reminded me of the feeling I had when traveling abroad, where I had to be careful and not take things for granted unless I checked. This is Japan, so having to stay in a hotel like that is a pain,If there are other hotels in the same price range available, that is definitely better.

My reservation from Rakuten was canceled without my permission...I think this is a business method and response that doesn't work in Japan...

The receptionist and manager are Chinese ladies, and the price is about the market price. Good environment that is easy to use.
