It was full of koji! (I never thought ``Neigo (Amberjack Children)'' would be pickled in koji...)All the dishes had a very gentle flavor, probably due to the koji.Although the shochu made with the koji (called seed koji) produced here is not commercially available, it has a gentle and delicious taste that is difficult to describe. It doesn't seem like shochu (it's like high-end brandy)Definitely recommended!There is also a Slovakian (Czech?) beer factory attached, where you can taste some delicious beer.It's close to the airport and is a very interesting place.The problem was that it was a double bed, so it was too small for two people to sleep together.

The hotel room had clean air flowing through it, and although it was small, it was a very relaxing and nice room. The sauna and bathtub are clean and you can drink delicious water, which is great.Along with delicious beer and alcoholic drinks, the menu has a variety of fermentation-related items to satisfy your curiosity.After all, I think what sets this apart from regular hotels is the staff.We have employees who are professionals in koji who are also involved in the development of koji products, and they are happy to answer any questions you may have about fermentation, and it's a lot of fun to talk to them.Throughout, it was a wonderful hotel that healed both mind and body!!I would love to go again.

I was very impressed with the concept and food. However, the smell of the towels and pajamas in the guest room (maybe detergent or fabric softener) was too strong. Even though it's a fermented hotel, why does it smell like chemicals? It made me feel sick. I want to go again but I can't. I want you to study. disappointing...

Despite its convenient location close to the airport, the hotel was located on a large, peaceful and quiet site with plenty of greenery.The shochu made here exclusively for guests, the freshly brewed craft beer, and the pigs and eggs raised with care using safe and secure feed made with koji are delicious and heartwarming.A clean and comfortable hotel with great care, including the bath, bedding, and towels.A morning walk in the clear air is special.You can feel beautiful both physically and mentally!The shio-koji cream puff made with freshly laid eggs will be provided upon arrival and will make you happy the moment you put it in your mouth.

A cute hotel that recreates a Czech townscape. You can enjoy the koji foods of Kawachi Genichiro Shopping Street. The interior of the hotel is of the highest quality, with careful attention to detail produced by Yuriko Otani. Try out the duvet used by Antarctic research teams!

This is a hotel filled with smiles from the staff and a love for koji.The room was so comfortable that I wanted to stay here forever. Our commitment to being kind to people is evident in everything from the beds, duvets, and bath towels.The tour of the koji brewery made me want to incorporate more koji into my daily life.The food used plenty of koji and was very delicious.The cream puffs are so delicious that you will be amazed. Limited editions are sold daily. Hurry up.

Had a really wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were so kind and welcoming and everyone had deep knowledge about koji and fermentation. I learned so much about the history and study of koji and of course its use in traditional japanese foods. It was truly fascinating. The bath and sauna were also excellent and the room was simple and very comfortable.

This was my second stay, and I was more than satisfied with my expectations. The welcome sweets cream puffs were exquisite. The bathrooms are clean, and the food and drinks are pretty good. Definitely recommended for people who want to improve their internal and external health and feel refreshed. Ingredients made from koji cleanse the inside of your body, the cypress sauna keeps your body toned up, you can sleep soundly with carefully selected beds and pillows, and futons that can withstand warmth even in the Antarctic, light bulbs that are gentle on your eyes and body, There are lots of highly absorbent bath towels made from thread and other carefully selected items. And, something that Japanese people must not forget, there is a memorial monument for the Special Attack Forces on the premises, and it is a power spot of the Reiwa era where you can join hands and express your gratitude. It was a hotel that was confirmed as a repeat stay. thank you.

To describe it in one word, it's ``a hotel that makes your body happy.''Thank you for staying with me for 1 night and 2 days, but it was an extraordinary experience.You can feel that eating cleanses your body from the inside out.Needless to say, the ingredients are made with koji, which is delicious, and also looks great.I was healed by the beauty.Also, the beer is exceptionally delicious, and beer drinkers will love it!Thanks to the carefully selected bed and bedding, I was able to sleep soundly until morning without waking up once.It was the first time in many years that I was able to sleep soundly until morning.The sauna was refreshing both physically and mentally.

The hotel is a renovated Czech village and has a very cute European atmosphere.I experienced exactly that at a hotel that was particular about ``revitalizing both mind and body,'' including bedding, towels, saunas, and meals that made use of koji.The precious shochu and craft beer that can only be drunk here are also great!The shop inside the hotel sells many products made with koji, and they also ship nationwide.I bought a tea koji supplement for my husband who has problems with his colon. It worked so well that I am now purchasing it regularly.There is a shuttle service available from Kagoshima Airport, but it is in an extremely accessible location, less than 10 minutes away on foot.I'll be staying there again next month!
