I stayed there 2 years ago.We were treated with great hospitality, introducing delicious izakayas, rental shops, hot springs, sightseeing spots, and attending night tours.Due to the coronavirus pandemic, rice was not included, but considering the wealth of information they provided, I think it was more than worth the price. Very reasonable.The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the towels were changed daily.I'll come visit again.

I was planning to go to Yakushima for my honeymoon, but Kagoshima was also declared a state of emergency so I gave up...The response at that time was the worst.The people at the other accommodations were able to contact me immediately, there was no cancellation fee, and since there was a corona issue, they were able to wait until the day of the decision to make a decision.I have not heard from this hotel even though I contacted them several days in advance.After the cancellation fee was due, I was contacted and was told that this is also a business, and that I made the reservation knowing about the corona issue, right? etc.I was left with a feeling of disbelief as they charged me a cancellation fee as if it was a matter of course.I will never use them again and I do not recommend them.

They were full of hospitality in everything from the food, the hospitality of the room, and the information about sightseeing.The owner, whose hobby is mountain climbing, also has a guide's license, and he told us about Shiratani Unsuikyo, the highlights of Jomon Cedar, and points for finding drinking water. My wife was also happy to be shown a place where the starry sky can be seen beautifully at night.The homemade Yakushima guide in your room also provides a lot of useful information, including places to eat.Although I was sightseeing in Yakushima by bus, I was really glad that I chose to stay at this hotel.I would definitely use it again.

The owner is kind and takes great care of you. He is especially knowledgeable about mountains and is a registered guide in Yakushima, so he can even guide you on mountain climbing.For diving, an acquaintance of the owner will introduce you to the number one diving shop in Yakushima.

Kind master, delicious home-cooked food. Home-roasted coffee is also great. You can also order bottled beer and shochu. The renovated rooms are nice and clean. There is also a parking lot nearby. Best of all, Onoma Onsen (Onoma Onsen) is just 5 minutes away by car. The bathing fee has been increased to 300 yen from March 2021, but the quality of the spring water is excellent and will soothe your tired body from trekking.

It's worth the price.The fact that the building is old, small, dark, and the house next door is a private one, so even if you open the window, you can't see the ocean and the view isn't good.The food has a subtle home-style taste and is worth the price. And it was cold.Is the bread so delicious that it makes a fuss? How about regular bread?The fact is that Mr. Hitomi received a cold and business-like response and did not provide any information.Is it overrated because they treated the regulars quite kindly?As good as it is, I can hear the loud voices of the regulars and can't sleep at night.You are free to manage your business however you like,In the first place, I checked the reviews and stayed there, but there were some things that were quite different from the reviews.Isn't the price reasonable and no different from a normal guesthouse?Transportation was quite inconvenient, and I didn't know what the benefit of staying here was.
