It's a pity that it will be closed this year. I wanted to repeat it. It was a non-smoking room so there was no smell.The exterior looks old, but the rooms are spacious and very clean. I was given two small pieces of bread in the morning and it was delicious. Stick coffee and tea bags were also available. It was quiet and comfortable with no interference.The bathroom in the room is also clean and has shampoo conditioner and yukata towels. Get a toothbrush at the front desk.There is a coin-operated laundry room, but both machines were occupied at night, and you could only use it until 9:00pm, and both machines were running dryers for a long time. Detergent is sold at the front desk.I always think that even if there is a TV in the accommodation, I don't watch TV now. I wish I could be connected to the internet

The road is narrow when accessing from the center of Shinanomachi. The road from Lake Nojiri was well maintained. To go shopping, you have to go to Shinanomachi, but if you have a navigation system you can get there from either direction.Although it is quite old, I think it is very good value for money considering the care, size, and facilities of the guest rooms. It's more than enough for just staying the night.Although we left early in the morning, we were given mini croissants and mini breads at the front desk. The bread was delicious and the staff was very considerate.Unfortunately, please note that there is no wifi facility.

Every year I stay in Shinanomachi when visiting Kurohime Kogen, but this year the Noto Peninsula Earthquake occurred on New Year's Day. I was already in the area at 4pm, and when I checked to see if I could stay overnight, I was told that only the hot water had not been restored, so I decided to stay the night and go home in the morning because I was afraid to go back. The manager came out of his way to say hello and said, ``We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation. I will refund your money today. We will bring you a pot of hot water right away, but if you have any problems, please let us know right away! ” and responded with sincerity. Natural disasters are not the inn's fault, and it would have an impact on the management, and we were also affected by the disaster, so we were very grateful. Please let me use you again next time.

This is an easy-to-use accommodation without meals that we use repeatedly throughout the year. Since it is located in the middle of the Hokushin Gogaku Mountains, it is a convenient base for activities both in the green season and the snow season.

A lodging facility nestled in a dense forest with trees.It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest convenience store (lol) It might be a pain if you don't have a navigation system (sweat) The accommodation price was cheap so I used it. Just under ¥8,000 for two adultsEvery night, do you hear the growls of an unknown animal coming from the forest around the building? I couldn't sleep much because I heard something like that (T_T)For several days after returning home, my eyes and throat hurt.The building was old, so maybe they used construction materials that didn't suit me (sweat).I will refrain from using it from next time.

There are no meals or a public bath, but there are no complaints for staying overnight without meals. If you take a short drive, there are many delicious restaurants and hot springs. There are also multiple ski resorts within 30 minutes. it's the best.

We have been working with you for 20 years now. I'm the owner. I can't understand why the daily usage fee has increased to 2,200 yen → consumption tax plus over 3,000 yen. However, since it is used as a villa, there is no interference and quiet time passes by.

The water facilities have been updated and are very clean. The rooms are also spacious. The surrounding environment is also quiet. It was originally intended for school trip groups.However, these days, the room smells of cigarettes and there is no internet connection, which is fatal. And it's not barrier-free either. Elderly people, non-smokers, and young people should use a different hotel.I would like to at least build a Wi-Fi environment in the lobby.
