It was a very good inn.I made a reservation over the phone the day before and was given a very thorough explanation.Although we were traveling with small children, they were considerate and made us feel comfortable during our stay.We were very grateful that the large public bath was equipped with a baby bath, chair, soap, and bed.I chose the standard rice, but I was really excited about the sea urchin! !Representative on the way home? A person was there to see us off and take a commemorative photo. All the staff I interacted with were polite and nice!thank you very much.Highly recommended! !

If you have plans to work or drive the next day, please be careful about the location (sound) of your room.Voices, loud shouts, and applause from the karaoke and izakaya bars across the street echoed in the room from around 5:30 p.m. (The door doesn't seem to be closed in the cool season.)As expected, I couldn't sleep, so I asked the front desk staff at midnight, and they said, ``It gets quiet around 1 o'clock.'' Around 1 o'clock, the voices of people saying farewell and car horns were very loud.Even if it was external noise, there was no suggestion of alternative means or provision of ear plugs, etc., which really bothered me.I didn't expect to feel so tired on the last night of a trip I had planned to relax...The food is very delicious and the customer service is very nice (problem solving is a minus). There is also a sense of cleanliness. At first I was impressed. In order to get more sleep and avoid feeling tired, I stopped taking a bath in the morning and changed my itinerary. It's strange that there aren't many reviews like this, but I think it's necessary to at least include the translation and confirm it in advance.

I found this inn after searching. Not bad. cooking, hot water, facilities and services soon. If you don't understand, you can't fail here. Kaike Onsen's spring quality itself is a chloride spring, so it's no different from seawater, but that's to be expected. I will praise you from here. The oysters for dinner were amazing. It's not the taste that's amazing, but the thickness of the oysters. It was my first time to eat such a big oyster in my life. Oysters are optional.

I had heard that it wasn't new, but it was wonderful and didn't make me feel that way.All the employees were kind, and a waitress guided us through each room. There are many types of yukata available, and I changed my clothes every time I took a bath. I am very satisfied with the food and the bath.thank you very much!

It was the first place I brought my mom and younger brother, and I was really looking forward to it, but the manager ruined it.I messed up the time for my bath in the morning, so I just went down and didn't do it anymore, but it was written on the paper, right? mouth likeI would understand if they had done something to the inn, but they hadn't done anything, and I didn't think they would be treated in such a high-handed manner just because they said they weren't doing that. The attitude was so different from the night before that I was surprised.I don't want to stay there again, and it even made me think I don't want to come again. The response from everyone other than the manager was great.I don't believe that customers are gods, but I feel like managers in the hotel industry should reconsider their attitude and language.

I would like to thank you for your kind response even though I was on the verge of making a one-week reservation and was 5 minutes over the check-in time (of course I had contacted them). The bathroom was a little old, but it was kept clean and comfortable. Best of all, the dinner and breakfast are delicious with a wide variety of items! The only downside is that it's less than a 3-minute walk from the coast and you can't see the sea at all, but I think the quality of the food and the great value make up for it.

Yonago City, Tottori PrefectureA ryokan in Kaike Onsen.Ikoitei KikumanLocated in the center of Kaike Onsen. There are also tenants such as a ramen shop and snack shops in front of the facility, and a convenience store is also about a 5-minute walk away. You can also go to the sea in a few minutes (you cannot see the sea from your room). The sunset was beautiful. The size of the inn is medium-sized.Baths are indoor baths and open-air baths (unchanged until 11:00 p.m., until 9:30 in the morning)The indoor rock bath is quaint and a little hot, but pleasant. The open-air bath is small, but comfortable for one person. The bath looks nice. The food was also delicious. It's great that Mr. Nakai is so steady and doesn't let things get cold. The room is also clean.Kaike Onsen is completely obsolete, but this inn is very good.

I felt that the service from the staff was good.I stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter who uses a wheelchair. When I contacted them to make a reservation, the staff was very responsive. They quickly explained the details of the meals, location, private bath times, and steps, etc., so I felt at ease on the day. There were stairs at the entrance, but the height and width of the steps were perfect for my daughter's wheelchair, so she was able to go up one step at a time. The staff at the parking lot also helped us, making it easy to get up and down. For dinner, I asked for porridge for my daughter, and she cooked it in a clay pot, which was very delicious. It was very helpful that there was a private bath opposite the room I stayed in and that they lent me a baby mat.I felt like what I talked about on the phone was shared with the staff, and I had a great time. thank you very much. The massage machine in the room was very comfortable and my daughter seemed to like it too.I was traveling with my daughter who is in a wheelchair, and I think that's why I felt the spirit of hospitality even more so.
