Very traditional and historical ryokan. The area is quiet residential area, and it was not crowded, so I could use the bath alone. The owner was kind and gave caring service with delicious meal. It is a place where I want to come again. The only inconvenience is telephone only reservation.

Last spring, when I was looking for a good place near my parents' house, I found it. I made a reservation for seasonal millet sashimi in advance, and it happened to arrive in stock, so I was very satisfied. It's a very quiet place so it's good. There are convenience stores nearby, and there are many places to visit.

I stayed with breakfast included. (6,000 yen per person per night)The exterior looks like a normal large house, but when you enter, you will be surprised by the entrance. It is decorated with furniture from the Meiji and Taisho eras, and although it is not luxurious, it has a quaint atmosphere. The stairs are also made of wood and look cool.It seems that the landlady's hobby was to collect all sorts of things. The room was for two people, but it was more than 10 tatami mats, so it was very spacious! It was a beautiful Japanese room. The inside of the inn has been completely renovated and is very clean. The toilet and bath are shared. The bath was reasonably large and had been renovated using stone and wood, making it comfortable to take a bath.Apparently the dinner is very delicious, but this time I had a same-day reservation, so I only had breakfast. It was a well-balanced Japanese set meal that was very delicious. The rice was Koshihikari rice from Kagoshima, which was the first time I had it, and it was so glossy and delicious that I ended up having to refill it.We stayed there on a Saturday, and we were the only guests, so I think it's a little-known inn. Also, with this quality, 6,000 yen per person is very reasonable.
