I decided to go to Tottori Prefecture, but since I only decided to stay there a few days ago, all the places were fully booked. I happened to make a reservation when it was available, probably due to a cancellation. I arrived around 7pm, and since I was driving, I headed to a nearby affiliated multi-storey parking lot. First of all, the front desk staff was very polite and I felt like I was in New Otani. Although I had made a reservation for a room without meals, I decided to include breakfast on short notice, which they happily accommodated. The room was a twin room. It's larger than expected and has plenty of amenities. I had made a reservation for dinner at a nearby pub, but since it's right in front of the station, I don't have any trouble finding a place to eat. I had an early departure the next day, but I was able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The buffet was 2400 yen. There aren't that many types of dishes, but they were all delicious. The bed is very good. The pillow was just the right hardness so I was able to sleep well. It has been renovated, so it doesn't feel old, and the front desk and each floor are spacious and have a luxurious feel. I would like to use it again when traveling.

It's not directly managed by New Otani, so if you think it's the same as New Otani in a big city, you might be disappointed.

I stayed here on a tour.I had heard that it was an A-rank hotel, but to be honest, I was very disappointed. The room is a normal business hotel. The unit bath is small. Towels are hard. narrow. There is no mineral water available. Other hotels usually have rooms for the number of people.I had high expectations because the name of the hotel is famous, but the breakfast was similar to that of a business hotel. I wanted to eat Hotel Okura's pancakes 🥞 freshly baked. I also wanted fresh cream. The front desk and meal service are also not good. It's a shame as I was looking forward to it

The facility is a little old, but it is kept clean and there are no problems. I stayed with breakfast included, and I think it was very good and a good value.

I was disappointed to see that the dignity of the prestigious hotel in Tottori from the good old Showa era has been lost...Is that all...When I checked in at 4 o'clock, I was asked to wait for 15 to 30 minutes because they were still cleaning the room.Basically, one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap per room, and even three people can use one each...If one person uses it at night and morning, the other person in the same room cannot use it! When I asked the cleaning lady for more, she gave me a mocking look and said, "Okay, here you go," and she was swearing, which is unbelievable for a hotel😱When I temporarily left my things at the front desk, the female and female staff gave me a disgusted look😱The sound from the hallway can be heard in the next room😱Starting around 8 o'clock in the morning, the cleaning lady leaves things in the hallway and in front of the rooms. It was like this until around 5pm in the evening 😱Also, is it poorly placed? If you don't close the door properly, it will remain open 😱Does this happen in hotels these days?I will never stay at a business hotel again because it's cheaper and the customer service and facilities are better.
