I stayed here with my family on a trip to Ibaraki. The sauna and bath were clean and I was very satisfied with this as a business hotel.I think the quality of breakfast was also good. I felt that the customer service was attentive as they introduced the recommended French toast to each group. The quality of the food was also of a high level that you wouldn't expect from a breakfast buffet at a business hotel. One thing that bothered me was that there were chairs, whiteboards, cardboard, etc. that were probably used for meetings in the hallways and stairs, and it didn't look very nice.

Used for 3 weeks on a business trip.I stayed on the 4th floor, but the room was shaking slightly every day. Earthquake intensity 1 or 2.In addition, there is no washing machine, which is difficult for long-term business trips. However, there is a coin laundry nearby, but it costs about 800 yen for one time including washing and drying.Fully automatic version costs 1500 yen.I don't understand why they don't install washing machines etc. in the hotel because it's a family run business, but I can't say it's a hotel that is friendly to business travelers. However, if you are staying for a short period of time, such as 1 night and 2 days, I think it is a good hotel as there is a hot spring facility, and there is also a microwave and ice machine on the 2nd floor.postscriptAbout a month after posting, I used it again for about a week. This time, like last time, I was in a room on the 4th floor. However, this time we went to the new building, or rather, the newly renovated side.thoughts.There is no vibration at all.Since it is not a unit bath, you can collect hot water to wash your body.TV is big.The room feels small. The omelets at breakfast are delicious with a choice of toppings.I have a good impression that they are making an effort to increase the number of items.I think opinions will differ between the new building and the old building. If you are talking about room size and space, the old building is more spacious, and even if you put a PC there, you won't feel stressed about eating in the room. However, I personally am overwhelmingly a fan of the new building.Because what I wrote in the first look has been cleared.I hope the above information will be helpful to you.

I use it as my first choice when traveling to Tsukuba. Although it is far from where I go to work, I really like the fact that I can jog in the morning in the countryside and take a hot spring bath after jogging. The reception staff are also kind and have a good impression. The only disappointing thing is that in the past, you could enjoy pasta and beer at the restaurant during dinner time, but they have stopped opening for dinner. I hope for a revival.

Best hotel to visit KEK. There are enough restaurants in the neighborhood, also some shops to get some late night food. The breakfast in this hotel is a great mixture of Japanese and so called western style food. The service is very friendly and helpful, there are free shuttles from Tsukuba bus station, when you call or e-mail in advance. The hotel might need some refurbishment, but the bath area was really nice and regarding the rather low price, this is unbeatable.
