Yard Hotel is easy to use, so I often stay there as a business hotel. Yard Tsuchiura is convenient because there is a convenience store next to it.

Container hotel on the outskirts of TsuchiuraI used it for Kasuichi.The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious and clean.There is also enough parking spaceIt's a little far from the restaurant, but there's a 7-Eleven right next to it.You can also get one free item such as frozen pasta when you check in.It takes about 10 minutes to get to Lake Kasumigaura by bicycle, so it's the perfect base for Kasumigaura.I also appreciate that you can extend your checkout for 1,000 yen per hour.The only drawback is that the mobile phone (au) signal is poor in the room.Considering it's a container, it can't be helped...

I made a reservation on the same day through ○futravel and it was a great price.The room was spacious enough and cleanUnit bath with large bathtub, spacious bed, microwave, refrigeratorYou can get a snack of frozen food at the front desk.I chose curry and rice.There's a 7-Eleven next door, so it's convenient for shopping.If you walk for about 10 minutes, there's a suburban shopping complex and a ramen shop, but there's a hill, so I wouldn't go there on foot in this heat.One thing that bothered me a little was that you couldn't get to your room without passing through the front desk, and the gaps between the containers were covered with a net.I didn't ask what to do when the front desk closes because it would be troublesome.What should I do if I realize I left something in my car in the middle of the night, even if I'm not going out?Looking at other people's reviews, the soundproofing may be adequate, but in the room next to mine, I couldn't hear any voices or the TV, but the thumping on the floor was occasionally annoying.Are you crazy?

This is a container type hotel that I have been interested in for a while.Used for business purposes.A reasonable price that has nothing to do with accommodation costs, which have skyrocketed due to overtourism.The room is small, but it's okay for a one night stay.It was clean, there were no strange smells, and I didn't have to worry about the noise from the neighbors.The bathroom was clean, well-stocked with shampoo, and comfortable to use.The refrigerator didn't get cold at all, but maybe there was a switch somewhere that wasn't working?Well, since I'm staying without meals, I don't have time to keep drinks cold, so I won't rate it.I booked a room with a double-sized bed, and it was a super comfortable space for sleeping alone.No matter how I slept, I never had to put my feet out of the bed, and the air conditioner worked perfectly, so I had a good night's sleep without having to cover myself with a comforter. was.I would like to use it again.

There is a convenience store right next door, so shopping is easy.It's a car, but there are plenty of places to eat if you go a little further, so it's not a problem.Depending on the location of the container, there may be some noise from the work behind the convenience store and the sound of cars running on the road, so earplugs are recommended.Other than that, I think it's no different from a normal business hotel.What would happen if it rained heavily? ?

I've been using R9 Tsuchiura store recently...I've been using it at a rate of ① a month for the past 4 months (*^^*)R9ゎIt's amazing that it's everywhere👏I guess...it's okay because I can't really hear the noise from the neighbors 👍✨ (Maybe I can hear the noise from here...LOL)
