There was no explanation about the hotel or the hot springs, and I didn't feel like I was being treated as a guest from beginning to end.I'm not looking for attentive customer service, but the impression is no different from automatic check-in.The room was relatively clean, but there was no washroom near the bath or toilet, and it was a little far away near the room with an outside window, which was inconvenient. I had high expectations based on the relatively high ratings, but I won't be visiting again.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations due to the location and the road I was on the way to, but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and stylish the hotel was!The customer service from the employees was very good and the food was delicious! I would definitely like to use it again when I'm nearby!

The room is small, there is no indoor bath, and the sound of runners running around on the mountain path at night is so loud that I can't sleep!

The perfect place to climb Mt. Tsukuba. I parked my car in the hotel parking lot and took the cable car through the back road. I was very disappointed that I couldn't use the hotel bathroom. I crossed the road and went to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't sell souvenirs. It seemed like it had been renovated and the interior was clean. The food was not enough.

The hotel I had booked was forced to cancel due to broken water supply, so I booked this hotel in a hurry. This is a hotel I've been interested in for a while. It's been renovated and everything is clean and stylish☺️This place is small and doesn't seem like there will be many people making a fuss. First of all, I chose a room facing Mt. Tsukuba, and it was great because I could see the mountains and waves! Lots of comfortable equipment such as amenity goods, TV, tablet, etc.! The bath is also comfortable. I chose the steak plan for dinner 😊 The meat was tender and voluminous, making me feel like a steak expert. Sashimi also goes well with rice. Also, the pickles have a light taste and go well with the rice. Everything was delicious! It's a standard menu for breakfast, but it's more delicate. In the review, it says that some of the dishes are cold, but I don't think it's possible to make all the dishes hot, so I don't mind it😁 I was satisfied!
