Perhaps it was the spot time before the holidays, so it was very quiet. There is a large store within a 5 minute walk, so I don't think you will have any problems with food or clothing.

Hello, it's convenient because it's not far from Mito station and the fare is cheap. The kitchen is stocked with various things. I wish there were at least one hanger by each bed.Also, I put my keys in a red mailbox when checking out, but the "lid" of the mailbox was not locked, so anyone could open it, so I was wondering if it would be safe in terms of theft? I thought. Because it's an important key.Everything else was good. I look forward to working with you again if you have a chance.

Please note that the check-in location and accommodation location are different.The stairs are steep, so if you hit the second floor, you need to be careful going up and down.The neighborhood is a quiet residential area.

At my first guesthouse, I was annoyed by the loud snoring in the dormitory, but when I started talking with him, I found a connection and realized that the world is surprisingly small.The interaction that can only be found in a guest house is great.We believe that even in a declining population, it will be a place for interaction with people.Thank you for your help

Today is our fourth day in Ibaraki. We were looking forward to it, thinking that the place we were going to stay at tonight would be a very Japanese-style building. But when we got here, we found that our accommodation was on the second floor, and there were only toilets on the second floor. There is a place where water can be used. When we got to the room, we found that it was actually a bunk bed. The room we booked was for two triple rooms, not a bunk room!After entering the room, I found that the floor was very dirty and the tatami mats were peeling wood. There was a lot of dust and dirt in every corner. I felt very bad... I took a lot of dirty photos...There was still water accumulation in the bathroom on the first floor. Although it was finally solved, it looked very bad. In addition, the toilet was suspected of leaking, and the sound of dripping leaking could be heard all night long.In addition, the first floor is rented to other tenants, which is very inconvenient. They will disturb each other and the security is very poor. There is only a simple door lock at the door. There is an obvious door crack next to the door lock that you can look through. The overall situation is very unsafe and the security is extremely poor.It was a very bad and disappointing experience…36900 yen…

We stayed on a Saturday, and by chance there was only one long-term stay other than us, so we were able to use it almost exclusively. The old house has been beautifully renovated and is spacious and comfortable.It's almost a perfect score, but I would like to point out a few points of concern.・My family of four slept in a tatami bedroom, and when the air got stiff at night, we tried to open the windows for ventilation, but none of the windows had screens, so bugs got in. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. My mother was concerned that the humidity of the June rainy season had intensified the smell that is unique to old houses, so I thought it would have been nice to open the windows to ventilate the house. All rooms were equipped with air conditioners, which was very helpful in terms of temperature and dehumidification, but the smell was something that could only be alleviated by opening the windows. .・My mother said that when she took a bath after 10 p.m., there was no hot water and her body felt cold to the core. (I just happened to have filled the bathtub with a slightly lukewarm bathtub, so I managed to survive with that). My mother asked me to check, and although I continued to take a shower and turn on the shower for a while, there was no hot water. Is there a system that shuts off the boiler at night? ? I didn't ask anything beforehand, so I felt sorry for my mother ^^;

We were able to communicate with each other, and even if there was something we didn't understand during our stay, they came right to us and made us feel at ease.We rented a BBQ set and had a BBQ in the garden, and we had a lot of fun as they had all the dishes, seasonings, microwave, etc.
