I've been to many places, but this was a great stay.Good hot water, good food, good facilities, and good service. This is a highly recommended inn, with only two groups staying and the bath available for private use.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night and 2 days over the weekend. We were the only guests staying there, so it felt like we were visiting a relative's house♪The mineral springs are slippery with alkaline hot water, and will leave you smooth! The evening meal consists of 13 items and is very satisfying in taste and quantity.I had a filling breakfast with 10 dishes. At dinner time, I happened to mention that my father was Kishou, and he made me sekihan for breakfast.Thank you for your consideration. Thank you for your help ^ ^

An inn that I don't want to tell anyone about, but I want to be proud of.It's close to my house, but is it this deep in the mountains? It's cool, the birds are singing wonderfully, and the murmuring of the river is soothing. Although it is not new, the inside of the building is shiny and polished. We were the only customers. The hospitality is wonderful, and although the food isn't flashy, it's made with carefully selected ingredients and is plentiful. The hot water in the bath is highly alkaline and leaves your skin smooth. The hostess and host were very kind. We also saw fireflies.I would definitely like to go again. The bath and toilet are also private.

Found it on Google Maps.It had good reviews and I was curious, so I decided to give it a try.On the day of our stay, we had a private room, and the room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable to use.Even in the bath, it felt like I was soaking in creamy lotion, and I was constantly touching my skin while taking a bath. When you open the window, it feels like a semi-open-air bath. It felt good to look at the lingering snow and the starry sky at night. The food was delicious and you could tell that it was carefully prepared.Although I was full, I tried my best to eat everything because it was really delicious. The Koshihikari rice cooked in a gas pot was so delicious that I had to refill it in the morning! It was a satisfying one night and two days. The hideaway-like atmosphere may be another factor that makes you want to visit. It's a wonderful inn.

Iwakura Kosen Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture 2023/01/12There was a sign saying ``Iwakura Kosen'' on the roadside, and it seemed like you could take a day trip to the bath, so I went to Iwakura Kosen. The difference between hot springs and mineral springs・Hot springs are "hot water, mineral water, water vapor, and other gases that come out of the ground" that meet the standards.・Mineral springs are "hot water and mineral spring water that gushes out from underground" that meet standards. To put it very simply, hot springs are ones that contain water vapor and gas. Mineral springs don't contain it, so there doesn't seem to be much difference between the two. . . .So, when I drove along the mountain road and arrived at Iwakura Kosen, I found that it was closed today. . . . .It's another chance. . . .
