When I entered the room and it was hot, I turned on the air conditioner, but there was a strange smell, so I immediately turned it off and looked at the filter, and it was very dirty. Please clean the areas that cannot be seen.

It's beautiful. It would be even better if there were alcohol and snacks in the vending machine on the 7th floor.

I am satisfied with the location and price.Unfortunately, in the room I stayed in, there were lice on the desk. , stain? It was a situation where insects like this were crawling. The insects had wings and were not the kind of insects that could easily enter from outside, so I had doubts about the basic sanitary environment. If you are concerned about hygiene, I think it would be better to stay somewhere else, even if the accommodation costs go up.I think this is a good accommodation for those who can afford it.

I booked a hotel at the last minute that was available, but when I arrived, it felt like a waste. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the in-room facilities are sufficient for a few days' stay. There is also a large public bath within the hotel.

There is a strong smell of smoke in the corridor. Other than that, everything is fine.

I used it on my first trip to Tsukuba. Even though I checked in quite late, the front desk responded normally (sorry). There is a private parking lot behind the hotel, and there are affiliated parking lots in the surrounding area, and there is also a large gas station for those who drive safely. There are also amenities you can choose from at the front desk. This time I went for the ladies' plan, and the room had cute decorations, a bear-shaped ballpoint pen, a steamer, an actress mirror, hand towels, a hair iron, and a massage machine, all of which were great for tired feet. The TV is also a high-tech TV where you can watch YouTube and more. The large bathtub is larger than ○OUTE IN○ and the temperature is milder. For breakfast, there was curry and cooked rice, and I was surprised that the white rice was in a rice machine (lol). There was also a vending machine for bento cup noodles, so I didn't have any trouble finding a meal.I would like to use it again for my Tsukuba trip.
