Of course, it can't compete with high-end inns, but considering the balance with the price, I think it's definitely a recommended inn.The bed is not crammed into the bedroom, leaving a work space where you can organize your belongings, which is a good idea. The floor in the bedroom was a bit dusty, which was a problem, but as a guest, I was grateful that the bathroom was kept clean. The inn is run by the owner, who is originally from Naoshima. One of the charms of this inn is that they are friendly and willing to answer everything from travel information to small talk. When I stayed there, most of the guests were from overseas. Originally, the space between the kitchen and living room of a regular private house was opened to the public as a place where guests could talk with each other. It's an adjoining room, so it's spacious and has a large sofa, making it comfortable and easy to spend time in. We had a lot of fun talking about various things. Of course, there are times when there are many Japanese guests. If you finish your dinner and shopping at Miyaura Port, where there are many stores and convenience stores, they will let you use the refrigerator, making your stay easier. It's ok if you stay in a dormitory style or stay in a youth hostel.Thank you for your help.

This is hostel accomodation a short walk from the centre of Honmura. Outside its clear there's no gardeners around but inside was great, clean and spacious. Houses up to 16 in two rooms, we had a 4 bedroom to ourselves. …

A very, comfortable guesthouse around Honmura area. It was the host's family home, I believe and still retains the charm. It feels like staying at someone's home. The host doesn't speak English so well, but he's very nice and accommodating. Get there before the buses stop running if you arrive at Miyanoura, or you'll have to walk across to Honmura. It's off the main road in a quieter area but walkable to town and bus stop.
