It's not a hotel or a guesthouse, it's a house where you can occupy a single room. I think it's perfect for solo travelers.As others have written, the location is good, and you can easily go to the center of Mukojima and Onomichi Station!I loaded up my bike and drove there, and after walking around the island, I enjoyed eating and drinking in Onomichi.For those traveling on a budget, there are supermarkets and convenience stores within walking distance, and if you use common sense you can eat in your room. The room I stayed in had an air conditioner equipped with AI! It was comfortable.The owner was a very considerate person, preparing breakfast according to the time I requested, and compiling a map with local information.If you think about it calmly, the accommodation costs are way too cheap.

I came by bike and was glad that they gave me a space under the roof so I could park my car. It's quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep, and the bath is big and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious and filling. Since the ferry is close, you can go straight from Mukojima to Onomichi station for dinner. I want to go again.

Used at work. Walking around Onomichi's shopping district, taking a boat trip, walking along the waterway next to the factory dock,The sea breeze arrives through such a path,There is no TV, but you can enjoy the free space that more than makes up for it.

I stayed for one night at the end of August 2023 on a Seishun 18 Kippu trip.Western-style rooms are nice, but I chose a Japanese-style room. The room was equipped with a brand new air conditioner, so we were able to stay comfortably even during the late summer heat.Above all, the owner's personality is wonderful! He also gave us recommendations for sightseeing and dinner, which made me want to stay longer and explore Mukojima.And the breakfast was beautiful, delicious and energizing.I returned to Onomichi city on the ferry the next morning, thinking how glad I was to stay at this hotel.・From Onomichi Station, the ferry in front of the station (100 yen) is convenient (Fukumoto Ferry (60 yen) requires a short walk through a narrow alley)・For breakfast, you could choose between rice or bread.・You can use Wi-FiThank you for your help, I will visit you again!

I stayed here for one night on the last weekend of August 2023. My hometown Onomichi for the first time in 4 years. Ever since my parents were still alive, I have been taking care of them whenever they go to Onomichi. The rooms are neatly organized and it feels like you're back at home. Enjoy a delicious breakfast.This time, they agreed in advance that I would be arriving late on a Saturday night, and they were also helpful in accommodating my schedule. thank you very much.Onomichi seen from Mukojima. It is recommended. I was born and raised in the Onomichi shopping district, so I am always wondering why I came to Mukojima. It was only recently that I realized that it was because I could soak in the sense of freedom that Mukojima has to offer.

I stayed there the night before going to Okunoshima while cycling.Even though I arrived late at night, they kindly prepared tea and sweets and a bath for me.I was very satisfied with everything: the large room and spacious bed, the excellent hospitality that was prepared with a thorough understanding of the guests' feelings, and the delicious breakfast.Above all, when I talked with the owner, I could feel his great personality.Staying here gave me good memories of my trip. thank you very much.

I visited after completing my Shimanami Kaido cycling trip.On this day, I was the only one staying in the hotel, so I had the biggest room all to myself.Using three large maps, we were given information on festivals on the Onomichi side and recommended restaurants nearby.I was advised that it would be best to make reservations for restaurants, and when I actually searched, I got the impression that the reservations available online were almost fully booked. There will be a fireworks display next week, so I think it would be a good idea to make reservations at restaurants during the summer holiday season.In the end, I ended up eating Chinese food at a Chinese restaurant on Mukojima lol. Many of the okonomiyaki restaurants close early, and the ones with long business hours were full 😂I was drenched in sweat, so you immediately made me a bath, and even after dinner, you took care of me and took care of me.The next day, as mentioned in other reviews, we had a hearty breakfast.It was a very satisfying trip to Shimanami.thank you very much.

Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the owner, Mr. Yamaguchi, made us feel very relaxed. On the first day, we had an early departure, so they made us rice balls and miso soup so we could eat it on the way.The breakfast on the second day was also very delicious, and I could feel the care taken in the dishes and presentation. did. They were very helpful even when I had a sudden phone call that afternoon.If you have a car navigation system, you can go without getting lost.If you base yourself here, you can enjoy both Onomichi and the Shimanami Kaido. On the last day, we returned home via Izumo Taisha Shrine and Tottori Sand Dunes.I will remember the delicious breakfast and the personalities of both of them together with the memories of a fun trip.
