We arrived at Funaya at 5 pm. The lady from the B&B had been waiting for us for a long time. It was great to have a cup of tea and look at the sea. She also booked Yoshimuraya for me for dinner. The fish was very fresh. They even called a sea taxi for me the next day, which was great!I also borrowed a bicycle to see the lighthouse, which was fun!

This was our most memorable experience of Japan! The hotel (a traditional funaya, a wooden house that used to store boats) was beautiful, the room very spacious and clean, with very nice Japanese style sliding doors and a balcony overlooking the Ine bay. Our host was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Despite neither of us speaking each other’s language, communication was not an issue. The homemade breakfast was also delicious! Thank you Mufuju Stage for this amazing experience! Also, you get to fall asleep to the sound of waves, which is awesome 🌊🤩

This is a rare traditional funaya. In addition to the quiet and elegant environment, the house has the historical traces that a funaya should have. It is also extremely comfortable. The proprietress can only speak Japanese and is very kind. The cooked breakfast is memorable.

It's a great B&B in Ine Funaya. The Funaya has a history of 140 years. It has been renovated and is very clean and tidy. It only accepts one group of guests at a time. The B&B has two toilets and one bathroom, all of which are independent. The B&B owner's service is very good Good, very enthusiastic. The Japanese style meal in the morning was very delicious. While eating breakfast, we enjoyed the sea view and listened to the calls of seagulls. The lady boss also took us outside to feed the seagulls.It's very quiet at night, the sky is full of stars, the moonlight is bright, I fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves, the picturesque scenery, I hope to have the opportunity to come here again for vacation

It was really great! !We stayed for two people, and the room was very clean and spacious.And above all, the space on the first floor was so wonderful!Both the view of the sea while having a relaxing drink on the wooden desk, and the view of the sea while eating the delicious breakfast prepared by the couple were both very relaxing.I am sure that I will be able to take care of Mufuju again!
