Very good location close to the station but not noisy at all. The room is very small but functional. So, perfect for a business traveller. The hotel has a laundry machine, which is useful if you stay for longer. Extremely friendly staff although some of them don't speak English. I don't speak any Japanese but still managed just fine.

FluuuuuuuuuuuuuuSmile Hotel feels like it was purchased from a Showa era business hotel.The parking space at the hotel is small and you can park there.The number of units is also small. There are many bars nearby, so on weekend evenings, the nearby coin parking lots are often full, making you have to walk quite a bit.The air conditioner doesn't work very well and the TV is only available on commercial channels.Not only is there nothing special about it, the staff either don't listen or are not very tactful.There are many hotels nearby, so I don't think I'll go there again.

I stayed here for several nights because the price was reasonable and the location was good.However, I couldn't sleep because the foreigners at the store next door were making loud noises every day until after 12:00 AM. I think it's a shame that the hotel didn't warn or report this.It's a shame because it's such a nice hotel, but I want to get a good night's sleep, so I don't think I'll use it next time.

I'm still staying there.On the day of my stay, I was contacted by a female staff member.I don't like it...I don't know...I haven't seen an arrogant, arrogant woman in a long time.As some of the posters have said, the customer service is very poor!Was it Women's Day? Did you prioritize your own mood because your hormones were unbalanced?I guess that's their attitude because they think they're letting them stay, or if they don't like it, they can go somewhere else.I was on the phone in the basement, and I think the signal was bad, but within a second or two of me saying ``Hello, you cracked up!'' You hung up the phone! !It hurt my ears and I was so uncomfortable that I had a headache, so I called back within 3 seconds.At the end, you hung up while I was saying "Thank you", right? !Don't you remember?!When we arrived at the hotel, you were out in the hall, but when you saw me, you went to the back of the room without saying hello.I felt really sick and had trouble sleeping on the first day!At the same Smile Hotel when I went to Sendai, they greeted me properly and provided excellent information about the facilities available.Although the hotel I used in Fukushima was a little outdated, the young staff and greetings were excellent, but this Mito branch is the worst.I will never use Smile Mito again! i promise! !A female staff member in her 30s who doesn't understand that your actions alone can cause trouble for everyone and the company...because it's you.I realized that education is necessary in times like this.This is probably a shared room rather than a business hotel.At other branches, breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices, and shampoo and conditioner from other manufacturers were free, but at this Mito branch, we had to pay.I have been using Smile Hotels in various places recently, and I think that the staff's responsiveness is the worst.There were 3 people on the first day, 5 people on the second day, and 3 people after that, and we are still staying here!I would like to finish my work quickly and instruct our office staff not to make any reservations at this location again.Thank you very much for making me feel bad.

When I looked into the sink drain, I saw something brown stuck in it. It's probably a mushroom. I still cringe when I think about it, but the moment I realized it was truly disgusting.Additionally, the gasket on the bathroom door was dirty and full of mold.Also, they tried to open the door even before the check-out time. I heard a clatter and it was scary. I thought I called out, "I'm here," but I kept it low because I was scared, and because I couldn't react any further, I repeated it about three times at intervals. . What's on the other side of the door? I guessed it was a cleaning person. I wonder if there is no coordination with the front desk. It was unpleasant.
