I used it with my family during spring break.It is a private house from the Showa era, but the view is very Onomichi.There was no parking lot nearby, so we had to walk quite a bit, but the journey from the parking lot may be part of the sightseeing in Onomichi.The facilities are old, but they are clean and don't bother you.The guide will only contact you to hand over the keys and make payment. In a good sense, it feels like you are free to do the rest, and there is no service.It was much more memorable than staying at a neat hotel, so I'll give it a 5 star.

It's wide. If you want to sleep, it looks like there will be about 6 people.You can relax and spend time with your family and friends while feeling close to the hill town of Onomichi.However, the surrounding area is private houses, so please refrain from making any noise.

It's a great place to find out what life is really like in an old private house in Onomichi.I was interested in the old folk house restoration project in Onomichi, so I was able to experience what the place was like.There is no parking lot, so you will have to park in a public or private parking lot far away, but you can park your car as far as the main gate of the elementary school nearby, so transporting your luggage may not be too much of a problem.Although we have everything we need for daily life, such as cooking utensils, in order to cook, we have to bring in everything, including seasonings, so if you are considering cooking in your villa, be sure to prepare carefully. It's safe to make a plan.The bath is clean and spacious, and the toilet is also clean, although it only has a simple flush. However, I think you should research how to use the simple water wash.The path right next to it is a walking route, so it may be a bit worrisome to see tourists walking around even at night. Also, a shipyard on the far shore? There are problems with soundproofing, as loud noises from outside and children's voices from the elementary school can be heard even when the windows are closed.Also, the villa itself is an old private house, so it was poorly constructed, and it was difficult to keep it level except where you were staying, and you needed some skill to open and close the windows. There are also some inconveniences that modern housing does not have. It may be a good idea to take these points into consideration before using it.By the way, the villa is a 3DK. It's reminiscent of an old folk house, with some old furniture installed, so it's fun to enjoy the design.If you are looking for a comfortable stay, it is best to avoid this property. On the other hand, I think it's a good facility to experience life in an old private house in Onomichi.
