Crab is not recommended at all.Every year, I go on a crab fishing trip on the Sea of Japan side of Kyoto. I did a lot of searching on the internet and ended up here. The crab is not tagged and is frozen, but I've been to a hostel where I was able to eat frozen crab deliciously, so I know how delicious it is.The price was over 40,000 yen per person, but I was really looking forward to it, as I was told that there would be about 3.5 cups, that only two groups per day could reserve the bath, and that the price was over 40,000 yen per person.I will write about crab dishes first.Unfortunately, I could barely feel the crabs. In my personal opinion, the crab meat was like a paste and was mushy. There was no tenderness in the crab meat at all. The grilled crab and crab sashimi were all similarly mushy. Also, the crab itself was small. At first, I had high hopes for the crab afterward, thinking that perhaps the way it was defrosted was a coincidence, but in the end it was the same muddy crab until the end. The crab meat has no texture and no taste. .Even though I paid 40,000 yen. I felt very disappointed that I couldn't even feel like eating crab this year, even though I looked forward to the crab trip every year. The amount of crabs was 3.5 cups (one cup of Seko crab), but I think it's less than one cup of tagged guard crab. That's what it felt like.Others are as follows.Up to 2 cars can be parked in front of the inn.The place to eat and the place to stay were in separate buildings across the street. There are 1 room on the 1st floor and 4 rooms on the 2nd floor, and you will only be using one of the rooms on the 2nd floor. The room has tatami mats and a small 20-inch TV. You can see the ocean from the window, but the door is a sliding door and there is a large gap, so the room is not airtight. There is also a toilet on the 2nd floor.Dinner is fixed from 18:00. The proprietress is very personable, and even after the meal, the chef at the back of the restaurant responds cheerfully when she says, "Thank you for the meal."I cannot recommend crab at all, but I think other seafood such as sashimi is delicious. However, I don't think I will be able to stay at this inn again. I'm planning to reorganize my crab trip and go again.

The food is great and the price is cheap. The room has a shared toilet and washroom, but it seems to have been recently renovated and is clean. The bath is reserved for private use. For those of us who sleep rough, we need curtains or blinds on east-facing windows.

It is located in a quiet community with no shops nearby. It is a good place to relax and unwind. The transportation is not inconvenient. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes' walk away. You can go to Ine or Amanohashidate. The food is not overly seasoned but every dish is delicious. I experienced authentic Japanese cuisine here.Open the room window and see different scenery in the morning and evening. You can enjoy the stars at night and the sea view in the morning.
