This is a great inn with great rooms, food, and especially the staff's ``heartfelt hospitality.''

I stopped by on my birthday, and the food in general was delicious and I was served wine for my birthday. I would like to thank the staff for their friendly service, especially the woman who was in charge of the room.

I felt that the hospitality was of the highest quality among all the ryokan I have visited so far.The hair dryer was good, and the lotion was not a typical hotel product, so I was satisfied with the amenities. The cleaning was thorough, and it was a truly satisfying, or rather, very satisfying stay. There was only one thing that bothered me as I love hot springs because the oyu smelled a little. However, the warm hospitality made me feel strongly that I would definitely come back again.

The food for dinner and breakfast the next day was excellent. The menu seems to change every month. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, so you can enjoy famous sake from all over Tohoku, including comparing the local sake "Zao".They even had Junmai Ginjo (Dewa Sansan) from Akita's Hanamura, which has become so rare that I rarely see it.And the hospitality of all the employees was wonderful. It was truly a moving experience. The hot springs are 100% sourced, but they are heated to keep them at a low temperature. For this reason, it may be overlooked by those who are particular about ``flowing directly from the source'', but the low-alkaline, lukewarm open-air bath that is gentle on the skin is so comfortable that you can stay in it forever!

I stayed in a room called Asagiri.Looking out at the mountain views from the large windows and listening to the birds chirping in the morning is the perfect word.Enjoying a meal while looking out at the deep red sky at sunset is a luxurious experience that you will never forget. It was a very nice inn and it left a lasting impression on me, so I would definitely like to stay there again. The staff member who took care of the room was also a lovely woman.
