[Worst customer service] I can see that the reservations on the accommodation site are always sparse.He was extremely arrogant and made fun of others on the phone, which made me feel indescribably uncomfortable. I don't usually post reviews, but I felt really sad, so I'm writing this in hopes that there won't be more victims like me in the future.① A way of speaking that clearly looks down on others and makes others uncomfortable. No matter how politely I tried to speak to him, he always spoke in a commanding tone and made a list of things that were personal to him (and his accommodation). Haven't you learned honorific language?② I received a phone call from the inn during the day on weekdays, probably to confirm my accommodation reservation, and when I called back, they said in the most angry voice, "I've called you many times?!" His attitude shows that he doesn't care about other people's convenience in the slightest, to the point where I am surprised and pity him.It was completely strange for me to be in the customer service industry like this, and I had a very unpleasant experience, so I canceled my accommodation reservation. I'm really glad I didn't stay there. It seems that some of the people who have written other reviews have been offended by the customer service, so I think it would be a good idea to check beforehand.

I visited for the purpose of eating. Meals are served in a room with a sea view. Since it was a private room, I didn't have to worry about my 2-year-old child making a little noise. The course costs 6,000 yen and does not include dessert. The amount of food was small and the price was high, but I thought the price was included in the room charge.

I used it about 4 years ago.Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I seemed to be the only customer, but there were a lot of cockroaches, and when I told the hostess about it, she said, ``I'll spray it,'' and when I came back to the room after going out, there was a lot of cockroaches. There were three of them around and the spray was left in the room.Also, if I was even a little late for my bath time, I would get really angry, and I could hear people on the phone having a loud battle with the city hall over the coronavirus relief funds.I wasn't very calm, but I was supposed to have 3 beats, but I had to leave after 2 nights. I'm here.I understand that the coronavirus pandemic has been difficult both financially and emotionally, but it was a shame to have to show that to the customers, and it was even more disappointing because the food was really delicious.

I was satisfied with everything: the wide veranda overlooking Onomichi Channel, the delicious food, and the good old building. Not only the fittings and wide veranda of the room, but also the reception room is very nice. The view from the wide veranda in the early morning and evening was spectacular.The employees and the landlady were also very kind to me.It may not be as clean and equipped as a new hotel, so you may find it inconvenient.It is highly recommended for those who want to stay in a nice building with a 100-year-old feel and relax on a nice wide veranda.

This is my second time using it since I used it about 8 years ago. I ordered an eight-course side dish, which is rare in the Kanto region. It starts with turnip yuzu miso and thinly sliced oysterfish, followed by red miso, grilled Spanish mackerel mushrooms, fried oysterfish, red soup stock, sea urchin rice, and melon 🍈. Of course, it won't fill you up, but there's something special about being able to enjoy locally caught fish while looking out over the Onomichi Channel in a guest room at a quaint inn.

The building is old, having been around since just after the end of the war, but it has a special atmosphere. I'm happy because I can eat delicious food and then go to sleep. Where is a good place to stay in Onomichi if you are a local of Onomichi? This is the inn that was recommended to me.

It's an old building and parking requires some skill, but it's a wonderful inn where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Showa era. The fish dishes for dinner were also delicious. The view of Onomichi Channel from the room is also spectacular.

Although it has an old-fashioned exterior, the interior of the Sukiya-zukuri building is rich in light and sophisticated design, and its age has never diminished its value as a building; in fact, the passage of time has continued to enhance its charm. I even feel that. I don't know of any other ryokan that is as comfortable as this one, with the stunning view of Onomichi Channel that approaches from the guest rooms, the sound of boats and waves towing, and delicious food. This is my regular stay in Onomichi.

Although I knew it was old, it was obvious that they had been skimpy on repair costs.The floor was so squeaky that I was scared to walk on it, the sliding doors were torn, and there were a lot of insects left in the ceiling lights. Unfortunately, the water in the sink in the bathroom doesn't drain at all, it accumulates and doesn't drain, etc., etc., etc.If you look at the photo, you'll understand.If there was a big earthquake, it would definitely collapse, and it was an uncomfortable place to live. It's dirty. The bath was pretty average.I will never go there again and I will never recommend it to anyone.In the first place, I thought this was a good way to get money from other people. . . I can't help but wonder.Only the scenery was good. The food is average or below average for that price. It doesn't feel like an inn that focuses on cooking.Are the dishes that are supposed to be on the menu list intentional? It was forgotten and never served. I didn't really have the taste to point out, so I ignored it.Check-in was from 16:00, but since it was 3:00 pm, I asked them to let me rest near the entrance, but they refused.I forgot something, but it seemed like they wouldn't tell me anything unless I contacted them. That's also the worst service.When I stayed at another hotel, they called me as soon as they noticed. ←Is this normal? But in Japan.

This was my first time visiting Onomichi, and it is a quaint inn that fits well with the atmosphere of the city. The sound of the calm sea seen from the room was soothing and the space was very relaxing.The bathroom was a little far from the room, which I thought was a bit of a hassle, but it was the first time in a long time that I experienced the thrilling and scary feeling of going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, which can only be reached through a quiet, dark hallway. It was good again lolThe polite response, consideration, and heartfelt hospitality of everyone at the inn make me wonder if this is a real inn!
