Honestly, I can't recommend it to anyone around me.First of all, I'll just state the facts without subjectivity.I used the Surprise Dome with Jacuzzi with my loved one. They sell various activities that can be done for free, but basically there are no explanations. There are two options: you will be given a paper with instructions, or there will be a notice posted in the room, and there are almost always staff members who will give you instructions if you ask, but there is no hospitality and the atmosphere is not good. How to use the BBQ stove, how to use the jacuzzi, how to use the projector, how to open the lock, explain the facilities, etc. I was just trying to figure out everything. The BBQ stove in the room was broken. It took a lot of time and trial and error. The response was to use the BBQ stove at the front desk, which was probably not used regularly, wasn't well-cleaned, and far from the room. At night, they went so far as to light the fire, but in the morning, when I explained that the BBQ stove in the room was broken, they just asked me to use the BBQ stove at the front desk, without any apology. We decided to grill it all at once at the front desk and take it back to the dome to eat. Of course there were no guarantees. Also, I realized 1.2 hours after checking out that I had left something behind, so I called them, but they said they didn't know and would check and get back to me. Since there was no contact, I went directly to the facility. When I called because the staff was not there, there was one thing I didn't know about yet, was it being cleaned? However, when I looked into the facility where I had stayed the previous day, it was clear that cleaning had been completed. I don't understand what you mean by "I don't understand". When will we know? When I asked, I was told that it would take an hour. Since you're here for a trip, it's impossible to come back an hour later. I don't know what you're thinking. Sorry, I got subjective. It wasn't that important, so I told them it would be okay to just throw it away if I found it, but I felt really bad. There were cockroaches inside the dome.subjectivePlease note that there is a bias that people came with their loved ones.I think it would be better to provide customer service that is a little more attentive to the guests. It was clear that the staff lacked hospitality and had no desire to entertain the guests or make them have a wonderful time, and I felt that the atmosphere was bad. Maybe it depends on the staff. I don't think it's possible that the BBQ stove was broken even though it was rented out for 5,000 yen.Even though I came to enjoy the BBQ, I ended up cooking it all at once on the stove at the front desk and taking it back to the dome to eat. I couldn't enjoy the real pleasure of BBQ at all. I felt very sad because my loved one cared for me and didn't make any complaints so as not to spoil the atmosphere, and that I had just invited him to come here. I think it's out of the question regarding forgotten items. I think the lack of hospitality is evident in everything.Overall, I won't be visiting again or recommending it to anyone.Although there are a lot of insects in the facility, it is clean and the scenery is nice! It's easy to access Amanohashidate, Ine Funaya, etc. in the surrounding area!

I used it with my family. There were activities that even kids could enjoy, such as making pizza and potato chips, and the kids never got tired of it.I made a reservation for a BBQ that includes dinner and breakfast. It was very delicious. There's also the sea nearby, so it's a lot of fun in the summer. I wanted to go again.

I used it on a graduation trip with friends!・We all had a lot of fun making pizza and eating potato chips! !・I went for a plan that included dinner and breakfast, and the cooking was easy, and best of all, the sea was right in front of me, so the food I ate while looking at the beautiful scenery was super delicious🎶・There was a projector inside the dome, so you could watch horror movies at night! (The projector is only the main unit, so if you have a Chromecast, you should bring it!)・It was very helpful to have a shuttle service from a nearby station 🚗³₃All the staff were very kind and we had some great memories ♡I hope I can come again with my family! (Also, there were 5 rabbits and they were so cute ♡)

It was my first time staying at a glamping facility. It felt like a normal cottage and was very comfortable. (I think your expectations will be off if you feel like you're in a hotel.)There were hardly any live insects, but there were a lot of dead insects lying around. Since it is a campsite, you should assume that there is nothing you can do about it.We didn't have to set up our own tent, there was a bath with a sauna right next to us, and we had access to a barbecue stove, so it was a great place for families to spend time together. At night, I can hear the voices of other sites around me, but I think I can sleep well if I don't have to worry about that.
