At 10pm I didn't go out because at the end of the hallway in front of the villa towards the parking lot I arrived "The VILLA is really nice but it's useless if it's attacked by an aggressive dog and the hallway is very dark and maybe the dog" I thought this was a thief. Tried to be calm to return to the villa but from behind there were 2 more dogs barking, making my heart spot. So it's uncomfortable, and you can't go out at night to have fun. Just traumatize you. I hope that next time the collared dog will be kept inside the owner's fence. Don't let it run wild and disturb tourists.

Among the many villas in Bali/Seminyak, it is a friendly price, but it is not the best villa experience. The water in the swimming pool should be cleaned better, The maintenance of the facilities should also be able to re-care. I expected that the Villa in the quiet alley should be able to enjoy a quiet holiday life, but the neighbor is being renovated, so it is noisy during the day. This can be informed in advance. The staff is kind and friendly, the communication is smooth and the questions are answered immediately.

the pictures are cheating, the pictures were taken when everything was new, its looks so different. the villa is dirty and is not maintained, the paint on the walls is loose and the bathroom is dirty, rusty and there is grows plantings inside too there, its smell too. the pool is dirty, the pool pump was never turned on even though we requested it several times, the sunbeds were missing one mattress, the other was dirty. the key to the room was broken when we arrived, we were given a new key afterwards that did not work in our room so we could not lock it. the kitchen is dirty. there is a dog farm nearby so you can hear dogs barking all the time. The staff is slow response. Generally not a comfortable and safe stay. Don’t book here!

We stayed at Villa Kayana for 3 nights and checked out yesterday, November 8 2021. We were disappointed to have found that villa no.5 was in an outdated, in very bad condition which did not match the conditions shown on the website.In terms of service, the person who greeted us was not friendly. The condition of the villa offered is very outdated. The villa entrance gate cannot be closed, the lock sometimes is broken. Entrance portal is dirty lots of dry leaves not cleaned. In the swimming pool many small animals, fallen leaves were not cleaned. And some of the paint on the walls all around the villa is peeling off. There are rooms, seems like storage rooms on the left and right side of the villa that looks shabby and creepy!When we check in at 1PM in the afternoon, we still have to wait because the token for electricity has not been filled. The sink in the kitchen is dirty and rusty, there are tea bags in a jar but it smells musty. The sofa is dirty like it's not been washed and is torn on some parts. All 2 rooms can't be locked, the towels are ragged with holes, the sheets are dirty and musty, there is no liquid soap in the bathroom, the TV is difficult to turn on the channel. Even in one of the room, the bathroom is dirty, the drainage is really bad, it gets clogged! And the AC is not cold..The lady who greeted did not want to clean the villa until we complained again. She did not intend to change the towels during our stay at the villa and when we called for cleaning on Sunday, she said she was on holiday.. even though she finally came.. One last thing, the path to the villa has no light and covered with dog's $#!%$ 😷All in all we are very disappointed with the service and conditions at this villa. Please rate on the website to be reviewed because 7.9 is over rated! Should be only 1 or 2. We do not want other people feel disappointed as we did. We have taken pictures if needed. Please get the attention from the owner.
