Thank you for taking care of my family.It was a wonderful place to stay and the inn was full of hospitality.It seems like they don't take groups, so it's quiet and calm, and I think it's a great place for adults.The food was sophisticated and very delicious.I thought it would be nice to have a half buffet for breakfast.The garden on the first floor was very nice ✨There was ice in the free drinks, so I was able to enjoy the grape juice I brought with me.The hot springs smelled of sulfur, and the water was a beautiful green color, but it didn't have the tingling sensation that sulfur springs often have, so it wasn't very stimulating. It's very good hot water. Towels are always available at the entrance to the hot springs, and it's nice to be able to use new towels every day.I walked around the hot spring town for a bit, and there were some new shops, such as a coffee shop, a manju shop, a chocolate shop, and a liquor store.thank you very much.

It was my first time staying at Tsukioka Onsen, and I made a reservation because the hot springs looked great.The service from the moment we parked was excellent, and they also carefully recommended various places to see.The hot springs were also more beautiful than I expected, with emerald green water.The temperature is just right and I want to stay in it all the time.What I was most happy about was the towels placed in front of the hot springs.Bath towels and long towels are standard at hot spring hotels, but you can bring your own.I'm really grateful (it's clean and absorbs water, which is great)The food was timely, fresh, and delicious, and both dinner and breakfast were great.I had such good memories that I wouldn't want to stay at any other hotel again.I will definitely visit again!thank you very much.

I made a same-day reservation and was alone, but the room was clean and the food was delicious and I was full.The hot springs also became slippery and I soaked in them many times to warm my body.

Used when traveling alone.The room is cheap for the price, but it can't be helped that it's expensive for just one person (it's better than not staying there at all).The food was also delicious.No matter what you say, it's a hot spring, and it's a beautiful green hot spring that's wonderful.The stone garden bath in particular is gorgeous, as the name suggests, with carp swimming in the garden.

It was my first time visiting Tsukioka Onsen during the Obon holiday, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful green sulfur springs, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Anyway, I was treated with courtesy and I had a pleasant time. The hot springs have a faint smell of sulfur and are great for relieving fatigue.Above all, we don't accept children, so it's a quiet space...which makes me want to stay again.

You will be amazed my the size of entrance hall, then by the quality of the service, then by the deliciousness of the dining, more importantly, the serene of the Onsen. If you can drive, dont miss the chance to stay a night or a few. One the best of my Onsen Hotel experience so far!

[Facility] The interior of the facility has been renewed and has a clean feel. The space where you can sit while looking out at the courtyard gives you a sense of wabi-sabi, giving the space a sophisticated atmosphere. [Customer service/Front desk] In order to ensure a smooth check-in process, there is a check system for confirming reservations in advance, and they take care not to make you wait on the day of the stay, but the guidance to the room is polite and I felt at ease during my stay. I think all the staff are kind and courteous, and the customer service makes everyone want to visit again. [Room] The room was spacious and clean, and the toiletries provided in the wash basin were made with L'Oxitan in mind, and were designed with women in mind, and the coffee was convenient because it was made from a coffee maker instead of regular instant coffee. . [Cooking] The food was kaiseki cuisine, and first of all, the overall color was beautiful and it was enjoyable to look at. The dishes were made with seasonal vegetables, fish, and meat grown in Niigata Prefecture, and they were all very delicious. The sake that you can sample and compare changes slightly depending on the season, so you can enjoy seasonal ingredients and alcohol, and enjoy a stylish meal in a casual atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, not only in quantity but also in variety. [Bath] The hot springs are sulfur springs, but the clear emerald green water leaves your skin smooth even after you get out. The bathroom is large and beautiful, including a sauna bath. The open-air bath was especially pleasant as you could bathe while being blown by the wind. [Others] The staff members were easy to talk to, and even when I went out on the town, the people in town seemed friendly and calm. Fireflies: You can see fireflies from late June. In the beautiful river, you can see not only fish and birds but also fireflies at night. The inn is good, the customer service is good, the food is good, and the town itself is good, so I'm glad I went to this inn.

Everything about this is a wonderful inn.First of all, the customer service was very good and I had a comfortable stay.The vases and gardens inside the hotel were also beautifully maintained, and the tableware used for meals was also very nice.The hot springs were also nice.

Anyway, the customer service was great. Nowadays, it is easy to be called harassment and it is difficult to develop people. However, Mr. Mashu not only trains his employees, but his humanity is truly amazing. That alone is an upgrade. This time, I was introduced to it by a friend. I made a reservation because I thought this would be the perfect inn for my wife and I, who hate buffet style, hate noisy groups, and hate families with poorly-disciplined children who don't care about the inconvenience of other people. During the meal, I encountered a customer who spoke loudly and had bad manners, but I feel like I was able to make up for it with the consideration of the staff. I went on this trip to relieve my daily fatigue, and thanks to Mr. Mashu's perfect customer service, it was a very good trip. thank you very much.
