I booked a room with a semi-open-air bath for my family trip. I was looking forward to going to a hot spring for the first time in a long time because it was highly rated on every site I looked at, but the worst thing was that there were many huge centipedes and pill bugs in the room. Your precious memories will turn into a scene you don't want to remember.I was so sick of bugs that I felt like I was going to pass out, but since I was staying with a baby, I couldn't relax at all because I didn't feel like it.The open-air bath in the room was also infested with the above insects and was so disgusting that I couldn't use it at all.I asked the staff to exterminate it, but the front desk phone was not answered and I had to wait quite a while for someone to come. Moreover, insects appeared many times after that. There's nothing I can do about the fact that they couldn't change my room because it was fully booked, but I wondered if they thought it was inevitable that there would be insects because the hotel was right in front of the mountains.I'm fine with balconies, but isn't there something more I can do to prevent them from appearing indoors and in bathrooms?Only the freezing spray was left behind, and we had to dispose of the rest ourselves. If it can't be helped even if there are so many insects, I would like them to write a warning before staying and provide a mosquito net for babies. Even though it's poisonous, it's scary.Other than that, the food and service were very good.It was a very friendly accommodation for families with babies.Thank you very much for all your help, including boiling baby bottles, nursing cushions, and bouncers at the meal venue. However, if they have so many items, I wish they would have told me what they had available when I called. I went with unnecessary baggage.I was so happy that they provided a commemorative photo service and a congratulatory message on the dessert! We received dumplings as souvenirs and pudding after the meal. The lounge had all-you-can-drink drinks, and the lineup was great, including local beer, whiskey, and local sake!I was able to eat as much oden as I wanted for a midnight snack, but unfortunately it was too bland and it got cold quickly to take back to my room. The dinner was luxurious and plentiful. However, due to the second shift system, the second half starts at 7:45 p.m., which is too late.It seemed like I could eat as many dishes as I wanted, but I was disappointed that the last order came right after the meal started. The grilled fish kisses were hard because they had been cooked for a while...Also, grill crabs and shellfish over charcoal. It is recommended to be served half-lived.The charcoal was too weak, so it's a mystery whether that was the correct answer. Are shellfish especially okay? ?It was after 10pm when I finished eating everything. When I got back to my room, there was the aforementioned insect disturbance, and I was exhausted after spending two hours trying to get rid of them, and it was late at night.I made a reservation because I wanted to relax and soak in the hot springs in my room, but I was really disappointed that I didn't have the time or space to enjoy drinks and snacks. There seems to be no sharing between staff members. When checking out, he didn't particularly apologize or say anything like, ``Did you have a good time?'' ” I was also confused when I was sent away.Everyone is smiling and kind, but I don't think the customer service is worth the price. The tea and fruits given to you at check-in never come back and stay in your room until check-out. Late at night, there is only one person working part-time as a cleaner. The staff member who carried my luggage to my car on the way home didn't say hello or see me off, and before I knew it, he was gone.

An acquaintance who had made a reservation couldn't go, so I suddenly had to stay there on his behalf.I watched this on YouTube before departure and was filled with anticipation.Everything from check-in to check-out was better than expected. Each of the five private baths has a different taste and looks different in the evening, night, and morning. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in appearance, taste, and quantity. All the staff had nice smiles and I had a comfortable stay.I am grateful to my friend who gave me a reservation at such a wonderful inn.

Stayed in a room on the first floor. The quality of customer service is not worth the price. Even though it costs over 70,000 yen per person, there is nothing like this. What are popular accommodations? There are other wonderful accommodations out there.Cooking☆4. Good quantity and seasoning. However, I don't think it was a great experience due to the quality of customer service mentioned below.Bath☆2. At first glance, the system of private baths, which do not require reservations and can be used when available, seems wonderful, but although the baths are semi-open-air, there are spider webs inside and the baths are not well-maintained. Also, the smell of chlorine is enough to satisfy you in 5 minutes.Room☆2. The separated gardens, rock gardens, and spectacular views of the ocean are wonderful. The bathroom also has a good view outside. However, the chair and bed are too hard. This is a big deduction. To be honest, the beds at business hotels are more comfortable.Equipment☆3. Free sake servers (cheap sake), oden, alcohol, and soft drinks are interesting, but you have to go outside and go to another building. It's a hassle on bad days, and the tray is slippery when you take it to your room. The entrance has one heavy slide, and I don't think they've thought about the people carrying it.Customer service☆1. I give it 1 star for the motivation of the young girl serving the food. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't even want to give it one star.Overall, the level of skill of the employees is hard to believe for a long-established company. I was disappointed in the slowness of the room guide and the unconventional information. ``Each of the origami papers on this desk is made by one of our employees. The bath at our company (I won't call it ``sha'') can be used at any time, although other hotels usually close at night (there are others as well). The view of the sea from the room on the second floor is amazing. After a while, you can see the sun setting. (While I was listening to the explanation, I dived into the clouds. Look outside.) "We don't have a company. Are you trying to pick a fight with the guests staying on the first floor? There was no information on where to wear a yukata, there was no information on where to take a bath, and there was no consideration for visitors. I had no choice but to pull myself together and look at the bathroom map on my own and go to the second floor, but I was looking for it along the way and got lost, but the nearby employees didn't seem to know me. It's disrespectful to the guests and I feel sorry for the person serving the food, as he's so skilled that he leaves it to himself. Dishes pile up because you can't keep up with the speed at which meals are served and how quickly you can clean up the dishes. It's better to avoid kaiseki cuisine.Spanish mackerel shabu-shabu is also a style in which the fish is submerged in warm soup stock over a low charcoal fire (hence the name). This is the first time I've written such a long article, but it's also the first time I've stayed at an inn where the customer service was so bad that it was holding me back. Of course I will never come again.

There are 7 types of private open-air baths, and you can enjoy a variety of baths, including baths where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and shallow baths where you can lie down. It was delicious 🍢✨)After the meal, we were served oden, baked sweet potatoes, and sake, which made it very relaxing ✨This was my second stay here with my child, and the staff was very considerate. I was grateful that they were able to lend me the child's bed rail and diaper dust box. I think this is a hot spring inn that both adults and children can enjoy.

Stay in a villa with a sea viewIt's good to have a good timeThank you to the staffLately, I've been going to accommodations with small groups a lot.I don't go to larger accommodations anymore because they tend to be hectic and the meals are similar to school lunches. Here isYou can relaxThere is also a small open-air bath in the room, so you can use it anytime. The staff's response is also perfect. The front space also has a service space where you can enjoy all-you-can-drink sake, roasted sweet potatoes, and oden. All kinds of alcoholic beverages are free in the relaxing room, self-service.Maybe next time you can come and spend the night on your bike.It must feel good running along the coast
