I stayed at the annex of the Umi Hotel.I was worried that my youngest child wouldn't be able to eat all the food he needed at the age of one, so I called him and asked him about cooking for children.I was disappointed that I couldn't find out without asking the restaurant venue.I was able to use the accommodation ticket that I received as a golf prize.Even at check-in or with advance notice.I wasn't told about tickets, soI thought I didn't have to take it out.It's my fault tooWe will contact you after your stay.It's also my fault for not saying that.I was treated with the attitude that it was normal.Please mail me the ticket.That's all I was told.Send a return envelopeI wish they would have at least taken measures such as sending the address via email first.I felt kind of sad.When I suggested that I send the photos by email,No, you can use it anytime. That was a rather unpleasant response.When I ask again on the phoneHe said he would email his boss to see if he could help...Those who responded without asking their superiorsI think it was an arbitrary decision,There was also a sense of distrust in that respect.I will never use it again.It turned out to be a disappointing trip.

I was a little worried after reading other reviews, but there were no problems at all.At check-in, a young female staff member explained the details carefully.I stayed in room 203, which had a bathroom, and the bathroom was well-cleaned and had a nice cypress smell.We had seafood BBQ at night and I think it was delicious.Drinks must be ordered as you are not allowed to bring them in.Beer was 700 yen.The private open-air bath had a great view, and I happened to be able to see the fireworks, which was great.For breakfast, I go to a restaurant that is about a 5-minute walk away.There is a parking lot, so you can go there by car.We had it at an old folk house, and it was Japanese food and very delicious.One thing to note is that there is no elevator inside the building, so it may be a little difficult for people with poor legs or those with a lot of luggage.I had the impression that a building that had been used for other purposes in the past had been renovated into a hotel.Overall, I personally think it was very good.

In one word, it's the worst.First, from under the bed in the guest room.There was trash from the previous guest. It's not possible at this pointAnd at the BBQ dinner,I was informed that it would start at 6pm, so I arrived 10 minutes early.When I arrived at the restaurant, nothing was prepared and I was told that "meal will be served from 6:00 p.m."I received an unfriendly response.And even after 6pmThe food wasn't ready and we couldn't start eating on time.And with almost no explanationWe started BBQ.When I asked the staff, "Do you have cold drinks?", they responded, "Yes, we do."I'll have you bring me something cold.After serving the cold drink, I was told, ``The cold drink costs 200 yen.''What's more, I was surprised that the cold food that came out came in a small paper cup used for tasting.When I ate the meal, my child said that the meat tasted bad, so I thought that wasn't the case, and when I ate it, it was dry and not really tasty.Supermarket meat tastes better.The grilled rice balls that were supposed to be on the menu were not available, so when I called the staff, they asked me, ``Do you want to serve them yet?'' There was no prior explanation, and they still didn't apologize.There is no apology when the preparations are not finished on time. And this grilled rice ballThe quality was as if it had been made in advance and frozen.It's really tasteless. Even though it was a grilled rice ball, it was watery and jittery. I left it as normal. Because I can't eat it. I also erased other things and nothing tasted good.You can't beat the quality and quantity of this flavor at this price.It is better to use a Yakiniku restaurant such as Gyu-Kaku.It's totally better.To be honest, I don't want to give even one star for the attitude of the staff, the sanitary environment of the accommodation, and the quality of the food. I felt strange and uncomfortable that different staff members were saying different things.I sometimes see reviews that say, "I was looking forward to it, but I felt disappointed and sad," and these words really resonate with me.I will never use it again.

For overnight stay. A type of renovated old building. Regarding the system, it can be called a “modern version of a guest house”.It feels like a futuristic accommodation facility. Reservations for accommodation and private baths can be made online (LINE).Next to the parking lot (separately ¥500),Reception at the center house → The entrance to the inn is self-locking, so basically everything is self-service. I do not interact with the hotel staff except during check-in.The feeling is different from normal accommodation.The hotel and rooms were generally clean. The bathroom is a little small,The bathtub is right behind the washing area, so I was a little worried about the splashing...Within walking distance from Usami Station,It's right in front of the Miruta Beach, so I think you can spend a relaxing time looking at the ocean outside of the season.

The building, rooms and the provate onsen have seen better days, but overall great edperience!I left something in the hotel and they were very kind and professional and sent it to me at another Japanese address very quickly. So happy and grateful for that!

Best place for relaxing. Staffs can't speak English but they can use a translate app for communicate and try to help. Cool! Private onzen is awesome!!
