The entrance is a steep slope.I couldn't get up at first...I got off the plane after unloading all my luggage and passengers. However, the place we went up to could only park 3 cars, and when we went there, it was full. There was no room to turn, so I backed up to the bottom. (I parked on the road below.)If your check-in is late,It seems better to go and check it out first.and,The stairs to go up to the building are long. From the part you can see in the photo, turn left and continue climbing. After receiving theThe guest room was at the end of the roofed exterior stairs.(It may be a little difficult for elderly people and small children.)The room feels old,It's kept clean and there's no problem if you're staying overnight without meals. You can see the sea and the scenery is great. In the dining room,There was a water server and a pot for cup noodles. The owner is a very kind and nice person.Breakfast was also very delicious.

This will be my first time staying overnight without meals.I stayed in a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room for 1 night and 2 days. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, LCD TV, and air conditioner. Amenities included towels and toothbrushes. Shampoo and body soap were provided in the unit bath. The owner was a very calm person and served customers politely, leaving a good impression. The inside of the room felt clean, but it was a pity that there was noticeable dust and mold on the electric squirts and window bars.At night, there are restaurants and day-trip hot springs nearby, so the location is not bad if you travel by car. However, you need to be careful about parking. There is a steep staircase leading up to the pension, but the slope in front of it is also steep, making it a delicate line whether or not a two-wheel drive minivan will be able to climb it. By the way, this time my car skidded and I was unable to get up. I think the cause was that I was planning to go camping the next day, so the load was heavy. So, I was guided to a different parking lot than the normal parking lot.I hope this will be helpful to you all 🙇‍♂️

I suddenly decided to stay one more night in Izu, so I hurriedly searched the internet and was able to make a reservation on the same day.The plan is ¥5,940 per person without meals. This was the only option I had, so I had no choice but to make a reservation, but I really wanted the breakfast! So I negotiated directly over the phone. Thank you for your response. The price is ¥6,696.I only saw one staff member, the owner (?), but he was a very soft-spoken person and served me courteously.I ordered breakfast on short notice, but the hot sandwich was the main dish, and overall it was delicious and satisfying. In the morning, I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. The voice of the warbler was especially beautiful.Because it is located on a slightly elevated location, the view was wonderful, and I could clearly see the Izu Seven Islands and the Boso Peninsula. It is said that it is rare to be able to see all the way to Miyakejima. Sometimes you can see smoke. However, the building is actually much older than it looks in the photo. The wallpaper was peeling at its joints in many places, and the handrails on the outside stairs were rusted and rotten in places. The common hallway smelled like cigarettes. I was worried about the air conditioner in the room (I wonder if it would work...).There is a unit bath in the room, but it is naturally small. There is a shared bath in a tower-like area, and if someone is using it, other customers are not allowed to enter. In other words, it is a "private rental".We arrived at night, but it was dark and it was difficult to find the accommodation. There is a parking lot, but it's quite small and up a steep slope, so at first I thought, "Isn't that a lie?"There are quite steep stairs from the parking lot to the building. It would be better to avoid checking in at night.I felt a lot of anxiety and dissatisfaction, but by the time the morning arrived, I was able to check out feeling refreshed due to the aforementioned situation and the owner's kindness.

The place is almost dilapidated, the steep stairs are the only way to get to the B&B and the railings are completely rusted, to the point that corrosion has disconnected them from the anchors on the steps. They are therefore dangerous, rather than helpful. The rooms are not only old, but also poorly maintained and give the idea of neglect and dirt. The owner may be friendly, but he doesn't speak a word of English (or little more) so he isn't helpful in any way. The area is not lit at night so it is difficult to leave and re-enter safely, and it seemed generally lacking in attractions. Maybe the sea would have been beautiful, but it wasn't among our objectives

The building stands on top of a cliff and has a perfect location overlooking the ocean. ||You can't miss the owner's homemade breakfast, which is bathed in the morning sun from the glass-enclosed dining room. …

The stay and meals were satisfactory. On the other hand, I gave it 4 stars because the parking lot was full and I had to park on the slope in front of the pension, making me worried that my car might fall.
