It's a beautiful hotel. Also, there are some rooms with smoking rooms, but I would like to have a smoking area on each floor in case you can't get a smoking room.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The onsen is also very comfortable to use and the onsen security level is good because it is equipped with a password to enter the onsen area which is changed every day. The rooms are small but not cramped, the price is also relatively cheap because it is very close to the station.

I used it on my trip to Tottori.The location was convenient as it was close to Tottori Station.The room was relatively new and felt comfortable.The employees were also very welcoming at the breakfast venue.This is a hotel I would like to use again if I have a chance to go to Tottori.

I visited from Tokyo in September 2014 for sightseeing. The building itself seems old, and I have the impression that it was originally company housing or another hotel building that had been slightly renovated and used as is. Especially the elevator feels old. The room was beautifully renovated, so I didn't have any issues. However, the TV is old (made by Mitsubishi Electric these days) and I can't watch YouTube etc., so I feel like I've been left behind by the times. It's good to see the hard work of the employees, but the building and some of the facilities are old, and even though it's near the station, there aren't many sightseeing spots in Tottori, so the hotel cost of 10,000 yen per night seems expensive. By the way, there is a washing machine, but it's a hassle because it doesn't dispense detergent automatically and you have to buy it at the reception.

Parking fee is 1,000 yuan per night.It's a pity that the toilet in the room is very, very small. Generally, boys have nowhere to put it after they sit down. It is recommended that if you need to use the toilet, you can go to the toilet next to the hall. The toilet is of normal size.

The smell of sewage was so bad that I couldn't use the toilet or bath from night until morning. Even though I went out of my way to book a non-smoking room because the facility was clean and had a new atmosphere, I felt very uncomfortable at the hotel. Also, the pillow smelled of sweat, making it far from a restful night's sleep.

This is the worst accommodation experience in my life. I confirmed and paid before booking with Agoda, but when we arrived at the hotel to check in, the hotel could not find our reservation form.There is a problem in the communication between you, your partners and Agoda. We passengers should not bear the consequences. Let us check in to handle the matter from 10:30 pm to 2:30 am. Finally, I said that the partner had found the pre-order, which was really speechless.In addition to our travel time being seriously delayed, during the process of focusing on handling the problem, we did not hear a word of embarrassment or apology from the customer service staff from beginning to end. It seemed that we were causing trouble for them. Finally, we checked out. I didn’t even say thank you. For this kind of service quality, one star is more than enough.

I stayed here for two nights for my son's university entrance exam. On the day of the exam, breakfast was prepared specially for the students 30 minutes earlier than usual, so I was able to prepare for the exam with a lot of peace of mind. It was a really comfortable hotel.

It's close to the station and shopping street, and it's very convenient for eating.The room was clean and there was no trash under the bed.When you drive, someone will guide you to park directly in the three-dimensional parking lot.Maybe I can speak a little Japanese, so I won't have much of a problem communicating with the counter, and there's no issue of being unfriendly to foreigners.
