I was very satisfied with the room, food, and service. Before staying, I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but when I went there, I couldn't find any negative reviews. The staff served customers politely and cheerfully, and I had no worries at all. On the way home, I was able to see them off outside, and I was able to go home feeling very good. There are many kinds of rice, and it is delicious and very satisfying. The charcoal-grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef and spiny lobster for dinner may have been available for a limited time only, but it was very delicious. I chose Japanese food for breakfast, and everything was delicious.I also enjoyed the hot spring bath. Some rooms also have open-air baths, so you can enjoy them in your own way.The dog mud pack is also very good, so I ordered it separately for my home. It's true that it's an old-fashioned place, so it may not be brand new and clean, but it felt like a good old inn, and there were no bugs or dirt at all. There was a time when we didn't have enough glasses for one person, but if you called the front desk, they would bring it right away.Although there was a comment that there was no direct explanation of the Wi-Fi, the instructions were sufficient and the service was good. I've seen some people give low reviews saying it's not good enough, but when I actually received the service myself, I didn't feel any negative factors at all, so I feel sorry for them for being so quick to get angry about small details. I thought there were some people like that. I can't say for certain.Anyway, although it was only 1 night and 2 days, I was very satisfied and had a very enjoyable trip. Next time I would like to book another room.

This time I went because I was able to get a good deal on an Instagram campaign. The room was clean and there was a hot spring, so I was looking forward to it.The food is by far the lowest of all the Karo resorts I've been to.Even when I look back at the campaign images on Instagram, the food is completely different and lacks luxury.Fried corn, boiled tomatoes, eggplant dengaku, etc.Are they cutting down on food costs and making it cheaper?Last time I used another Kahlo in another campaign, but the difference was huge.If the usual food was like that, it would be too expensive and I wouldn't stay there.I liked Kahlo because the food was delicious.Instagram campaigns seem to be offering discounts. That makes me think that the prices may be adjusted. That doesn't feel like a good deal at allThe food is too poorFor the same amount as the campaign, there are many accommodations in Izukogen that serve more delicious and luxurious meals.I don't know if it's just Hannari, but I might not recommend using Instagram campaigns. The food at Miura Kaigan was good even though it was a campaign.

This is the first time I've been to an inn where I felt like I'd never go there again. . .I will never go there.1.The customer service and greetings of the staff do not make you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. It's not that I'm extremely unfriendly or have a bad attitude, but...2 rooms are dark. It's more worn out and older than the photo.3 The food is not tasty. I can't believe each person is taking less than 40,000 yen. What I thought was delicious was the clay pot white rice and green onion misonomi.4 It is impossible to feed a dog. It was so much that I couldn't even eat it, and I thought he was kidding me. It was larger than a human's dinner. The menu list I received was different from the actual menu, and I was surprised at how appropriate it was.5 The amenity bottle and contents were different. Both were milky lotions, but one was clearly lotion.6 Even though there were 3 people in the room, the beer and water in the refrigerator in the room was enough for 2 people.

It was my first time using it.I'm glad it's OK because we have multiple dogs.As mentioned in other reviews, some people write that the staff are amateurs, but are they really friendly? They are nice people.I think it's no good compared to hotels.I think the amount of food is large.Regarding the quality, I think they are all relatively delicious.I stayed for 2 nights, but the ingredients for the first night were average. The food on the second night was better. The sashimi came out on both days, but I wish they would have included medium fatty tuna. The meat dishes on the second day used good quality meat.I don't eat cheap beef myself, but it was delicious.I might have been a little dissatisfied with the dinner if I was only there for one night, but what about next time?I have stayed at other inns in the same Izu Kogen area, but I paid 460,000 yen for 2 nights with meals in the room, an open-air bath in the room, and multiple dogs. It's about half price here. There are some bad reviews, but are they valid?I have written about bugs and dead leaves in dog baths, but it seems that open-air baths at the sea or in the mountains are common. When the wind blows, the leaves fall. It seems impossible to make a perfect improvement during times when insects are present, so we recommend hotels. What I would like to see improved is if the lighting in the room could be adjusted, and since one meal is enough, it would be nice if they had good ingredients like sashimi or meat!I'm looking forward to it.

I used it on my dog's birthday trip. Even though I informed them of my name and other information when I informed them that my check-in would be delayed due to high-speed traffic, I was told that they did not have a reservation when I told them my name at the reception desk after arriving. The reservation was made through Rakuten Travel over a month in advance. It seems that it was not included in the reservation list due to lack of confirmation.I was told that I would be upgraded to a room because the rooms I reserved were all booked, but it was probably the same room.I ordered the dog menu for dinner, but I received a different item. The dried fish at breakfast was different from what I requested at the reception. The food was plentiful and delicious, so I was satisfied, but I wonder if the staff can't do their jobs. It was a shame. Also, there are free drinks in the refrigerator. If you are staying with 2 people, I think it would be better if you could bring 2 bottles of water.

Food and facilities are on par with the priceHowever, employees are not trained on how to respond.Mistake when making a reservationThe dog menu was different from what I ordered.Despite pointing it outI was told that I would check, but there was no response. The room price will be charged at check-out.Even though I paid in advanceI was charged a fee again and told them I had paid it.Had to wait for a whileFinally checked out.A different amount was shown on the statement and the name was also shown. You are mistaken.I don't think the employees are coordinating or responding. The food was very deliciousTaking a bath with your dog in the roomIt was very good ^ ^

The food was delicious♪There were some complaints about the warmth, but the food we ate was fine ◎ I wonder if there is a time? (I was able to get hot food in my warm house!)As an owner, I was happy that the dogs became fluffy after using the mud pack in the bath♪♪I knew from other people's reviews that the towels for dogs were stiff and tattered, but I was disappointed that it didn't seem to have been improved. (It's not a budget hotel...I hope things will improve in the future (*_*))Another problem is that I don't know where in the room to dispose of sheets soiled with excrement...I wrap it up in odor-free bags each time and put it in a regular trash can... so it doesn't fit all the way. . .I put them all together in the bag I brought with me (*_*)The staff were all kind and pleasant!

If the typhoon wasn't close to the room, we could have seen the fireworks from the fireworks display from our room. The rooms are cottages with gardens and have baths for dogs.Built to ensure privacy, you can enjoy the hot springs in your room while relaxing and looking out at the symbolic tree in the garden from the cypress bath that connects to the spacious terrace with a spacious feel.Unfortunately, it rained, but the intense heat eased, and our large dog was able to relax in the room, terrace, and gravel garden. It's a beautiful place even in the rain. You can have delicious Japanese food delivered to your room! It was a wonderful meal where you could taste the deliciousness of Izu's mountains and sea all at once. The staff is kind and helpful, and you can feel at ease even if you have children, dogs, and cats.

I stayed here for the first time in 5 years. I thought it wouldn't be as bad as the reviews said, but I was surprised that it was just as good as the reviews said. The food sucks.
