We stayed for one night with two couples and a 0-year-old baby.We were greeted by the owner couple and guided to a lounge that looked like the living room of a stylish home. The overall appearance was clean and tidy, so it wasn't a problem for children to crawl around. A tent was set up for the children to play in, and there was also a diaper changing table and a bed for naps. The hot spring bath is filled with the scent of cypress, and is more than enough for one person to bathe in. There was also a baby bath, so children could take a bath with peace of mind. There were two bedrooms, Japanese and Western, but since I had a child, I used the Japanese room. There was also a futon for children in the tatami room, so I was able to sleep peacefully without worrying about falling off the bed.All of the meals are exquisite, made with ingredients grown in the owner's fields. Each tableware has its own background and attention to detail, and the time I spent eating while listening to its story felt like I was separated from my daily life. For breakfast, there were two options: Japanese and German, so I chose Japanese. Everything was delicious and I was full from the morning. This is my first trip since my baby was born. I thought it would be difficult to go out and have a relaxing time with all the restrictions, but with bekka, all of those fears were unfounded. It was the perfect accommodation for a trip destination.

My husband and I visited in July.An auberge that can be reserved for one group per day.The building has an impressive appearance with Mt. Omuro in the background.Hot springs flowing directly from the source,In the spacious living room with an atriumbig sofa.A terrace that spreads out from there...Fully equippedAbove all, we had a comfortable and luxurious time with the hospitality of the wonderful chef and madam. Not only the food but also the tableware has a story, and we recommend listening to them as you enjoy your meal. When I arrived, I said, ``I want to come every year,'' but by the time I got home, I had said, ``I want to come every season.''5 stars is not enough. This is an auberge you should definitely visit ✨

I visited with five female colleagues. The moment you enter the living room, you are greeted with bright light and a bright mountain view.A comfortable space with a wide ceiling and a large sofa.All-you-can-drink drinks from the refrigerator and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages are available.(Additional drinks such as wine available)There's also a juicer that squeezes high-quality snacks and oranges, so you can have fun making them together, and it's time for dinner in no time while you're chatting. The food prepared by the chef, who has worked at Michelin-rated restaurants in Germany and France, was not only delicious but also pleasing to the eye, and even though I don't usually drink much, I ended up drinking way too much. The last bonus written on the menu was a very luxurious and satisfying item that could not be called a bonus. It's also great that you can adjust it to suit your stomach.I thoroughly enjoyed the after-meal coffee carefully made from beans and the exquisite sweets. The conversation with the couple was also a very luxurious time.A chef who never stops coming up with ideas and exploring ways to make the auberge even better.I'm excited to see what kind of evolution it will make next time I come.At night, girls can talk endlessly while watching the fire in the fireplace. The wind outside felt good too.We enjoyed a rich time until late.Of course, we also enjoyed the hot springs.Oh, I really don't have enough time. .In the morning, you can choose between a German-style breakfast or a Japanese-style breakfast.Even though I was so full last night, I couldn't hold my chopsticks in front of the sparkling clay pot rice.We enjoyed the blessings of Izu from the morning.Even breakfast comes with dessert♪It was time to check out. I left the inn with some regrets.Next time I want to bring my family. I'm fantasizing about my next trip and wondering how I'll allocate the room.

My partner and I stayed here for one night on a sunny day in April.Since it was a newly opened facility, I was worried about whether I would be able to get there, but there was a sign and I arrived without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely couple and were given a welcome drink in the wood-scented lounge overlooking Mt. Omuro. The entire inn had a sophisticated design, and the pajamas provided were of high quality and comfortable. The bath was filled with the scent of cypress, and I had the luxury of having the hot water flowing directly from the source all to myself. At dinner, all the dishes were top-notch.Each plate and cutlery had a story to tell, and I had a lively conversation with the owner/chef, and before I knew it, we had been having dinner for about 4 hours (lol)For breakfast, choose from two types: Japanese and German. I chose the German breakfast, and the white sausage was especially delicious! My wife chose Japanese food, and everything looked delicious, so I thought I would try Japanese food next time. There was a large selection of items for both breakfast and dinner, which was good for me, but the portions were a bit large for elderly people or people who eat less, so that's not a good thing. If it's limited to one group, I'm worried about how close they will be to their customers.(General review)I've always prided myself on being picky when it comes to food, but I was satisfied with the content. The calm location, such as hot springs and villa areas, was also good.

I stayed here with 5 friends.Above all, I was very impressed with the hospitality of the chef and his wife. For dinner and breakfast, the chef has a lot of surprises for us, and the chef smiles like a boy when he sees us and how happy we are.We had a happy time as we ate in a live kitchen run by one group of guests. The hot springs filled with the scent of cypress and the comfortable bed are available 24 hours a day, and my back pain seems to have subsided.I would like to stay there again!

It was great! The food was delicious and I was particularly impressed. Dessert was also delicious. You can enjoy a luxurious time with a completely reserved private course dinner and a terrace surrounded by a fireplace. It would also be popular for celebrations etc. It's spacious, so it looks like it'll be fun for about 4 people to come.I want to come again!

This time I stayed with 4 friends. It was my first time staying at a private auberge, so I've been looking forward to it ever since I saw the website!I went there expecting a delicious meal and a comfortable stay, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and comfortable hospitality, and the conversations we had during the meal, where we learned about Izu, the story behind the ingredients, and the attention to detail in each piece of tableware. I was convinced that it was such a comfortable space because it was full of feelings. I heard that it had just been built, but every aspect of it was extremely complete, and we were able to enjoy a truly relaxing stay.Dinner was visually enjoyable even before the food was served, and as I progressed through each dish, my expectations rose steadily, and I couldn't help but be so excited that the food seemed to shine every time. Before I knew it, there were so many dishes that I had no idea how many dishes were served, but I was intrigued by all the dishes, and the feeling of ``deliciousness'' lasted until the very end.The German sparkling wine and Japanese sake that were recommended to me were also delicious.Even though we ate breakfast in the same dining room, the atmosphere was completely different from dinner, and I had heard stories about rocks during dinner the night before, so I became attached to the rocks that I could see from the window. This time I had a Japanese breakfast, and the rice cooked in a clay pot was outstanding. Everything was beautiful and delicious, but I was surprised that they even served sweets for breakfast. The freshly baked madeleines, cool macarons, and truffles matched perfectly with my after-dinner coffee, and I was happy from the morning.Although I have been to Izu several times, I felt like I was able to learn more about Izu through the meal this time.Even after the meal, we enjoyed talking with friends we don't often meet over drinks provided in the lounge, looked up at the sky around the ethanol bonfire in the terrace lounge, and enjoyed the hot spring bath. I did. Thank you very much for your wonderful time. It made my heart happy ♡I will definitely go again. I'd like to stay there in different seasons, and I'm looking forward to thinking, "I want to bring this person...♪" It's an inn I'd like to visit again and again.

I stayed with a friend. It was my first time staying at an auberge, but since I rented the entire building, I was able to enjoy a delicious full course meal without having to go out of my way, and it was very comfortable. The dish we were looking for had a very delicate flavor and went well with the white wine.I heard that the menu changes depending on what's in stock, so I'd definitely like to visit again.Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

“I was invited to the chef’s house.”What an excellent concept! Moreover, it has an unprecedented sound of a hot spring auberge. This has to go! So, I visited with a friend. There were some things that made me smile since it had just opened, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay.First of all, the house is wonderful. The ceiling is well-ventilated and has a refreshing smell of wood, probably because it's made of wood. The bedrooms are also divided into the first and second floors, giving you a sense of privacy. It was a time that I wish would last forever, with the chef's many hospitality dishes and the alcoholic drinks that went with them. I also hate that the baths are fed by natural hot spring water, so you can take a bath at any time without worrying about anyone else.We promised to come back and see the host and his wife off in the morning. It was a "hybrid hot spring" that makes you want to keep it a secret forever!
