The Captain's Cabin, where a dream came true 38 years ago through the love of the master and his wife, is a space that can only be described as wonderful. I wonder why I feel so relieved, as if I've come home❓️🙄It was the perfect place to open the door and say, “I’m home!” like a family member, and then leave, saying, “Let’s go!” 🤭

Probably 4 deluxe rooms4 regular twin rooms.Deluxe room becomes a regular roomComes with a bath (unit) and toilet,Maybe it's a little wider.Regular twin rooms do not have a toilet.Shower booth only. There is no washlet in the guest room toilet. There is no need to worry as it is attached to the shared toilet on the 1st floor.Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator in the room.I was a little concerned about the sounds from other rooms. One ice bucket costs ¥100.What was good about it was the personality of the owner and his wife.Meals: Western food for breakfast and dinner, steak and gratinThe other soups were very delicious.

Located on a hill in Izu Kogen, we stayed in a room with an ocean view! Satisfied with the elderly couple's warm service and delicious food! However, be careful as it is far from Izukogen Station and there are some steep slopes.

A lovely old-fashioned pension. Dinner is a course meal and is quite wonderful. There are indoor baths and open-air baths, but the open-air baths have a little strict time limit. A hot spring (or cold spring). There are no vending machines, but you can purchase juice from the refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi, but the wireless strength is a little weak in each room. The location is quite far from Izukogen Station, so you'll need a car or taxi to get there. But the view is great. If the weather is nice, you can see a sky full of stars that you can't see in the city. We also recommend visiting in winter when the air is clear. (The second photo is the twilight sky seen from the inn at dawn)

I went there for the first time in over 20 years, and it was still a wonderful and comfortable Captain's Cabin. The owner is friendly and kind. I want to go again.

It took a long time to get there, but I think it's well worth it. Good for families or couples. I was able to make memories that only those who have been there can understand.
