That's the worst. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink prices are cheap, but the service is bad and the edamame is served frozen! That's impossible.

Parking available.All-you-can-eat dinner and breakfast.Dinner is an exceptional price and includes all-you-can-drink alcohol.I was able to enjoy my trip to the fullest without worrying about my wallet. The large communal bath with an open-air bath has a men's bath and a women's bath in the morning and night, so you can enjoy two types of baths, which I thought was a great idea.

I had used Itoen several times and was familiar with the buffet, so I decided to stay overnight without meals. Super cheap 5115 yen.I think it can't be helped if it's old or the rooms are not cleaned properly.I get the impression that the living room (the tatami room with the futon) is always cleaned properly. However, the facilities were old, so it had a Showa era smell. The verandah behind the shoji screen, the washroom, and the toilet space were a bit disgustingly dirty. There was also quite a smell in the toilet. I thought it was better than nothing and was grateful for it.I think if you know what Itoen is like, you will be able to spend a comfortable time there. I couldn't watch BS, but the wifi worked without any problems.

The dinner buffet isWhen I wanted to go get it,Unfortunately, there was almost no food.Even if I wait, it won't be replenished at all.I gave up.In the end, I couldn't eat a single bite and ended up buying cup ramen and a bento box at a convenience store. It's a shame because I was looking forward to it.

I've stayed at about 7 or 8 hotels in the Itoen hotel chain, but this was definitely the worst. The rooms and equipment are always old, which doesn't bother anyone using this chain, but the food (buffet) is overwhelmingly terrible. The replenishment hasn't kept up with the supply at all, and it's common for 70% of the menu to be missing (I was shocked to find that the Japanese buffet didn't have white rice or miso soup). The sour and highball servers were out of order, but there were no employees available to serve them, so the customers were unable to drink the drinks.I can understand the lack of manpower, but I cannot accept that we are not able to provide the bare minimum.I think it's a management issue because each and every employee was courteous and I had a good impression of them.I thought it was good that there were 4 karaoke rooms and it was easy to make reservations, but I don't think there will be repeat customers. I think this is an accommodation that brings down the reputation of the entire Itoen Hotel.

What does Viking mean? I went to the 2nd shift and the meal started at 7:30pm, but I was there with my kids and when I was taking food from them, they ran out of food and the food was too slow to replenish, so it remained empty for a long time. ! Most of the side dishes are missing! Even if I told the employee at the time that there was no salad, it took more than 20 minutes for it to be replenished! When I complained to the front desk when I didn't feel like eating, they just apologized and didn't do anything! The kids ate a little, and the two adults went to a convenience store to buy a bento and cup ramen! I'll never come to a place like this again! 😡Don't be silly! Give me my money back!
