A tasteful accommodation. There are holes in the screen door, so insects can get in, but please be considerate.Delicious, hearty rice and the best hot water. And a couple living in a warm inn.It was a great stay.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much since it was close to Golden Week and it was empty. When we arrived at the inn, everything from being greeted by the husband and landlady to dinner and taking a bath was amazing. I was especially healed by the good old buildings from the Showa era. I'll drop by again.

When I opened the front door and said hello, was there a waiter? Master? He came out and was a very kind person! I would definitely like to come stay with him privately next time!

I visited on a day trip. The open-air bath was reserved for private use.The indoor bath and open-air bath are far apart, so if you wanted to wash your head or body with soap, you had to go to the indoor bath. But you can get both for 500 yen.The indoor bath is also a very good hot spring. The temperature was higher than the open-air bath. The open-air bath is a bit open, so if you're a woman and you're concerned about being seen, it might be better to stick to the indoor bath. The wife was also a very nice person.

Located in Itamuro, Nasu-Shiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture, along Prefectural Route 266, this is one of the few Itamuro hot spring accommodations where you can drop in and take a bath. There seems to be an indoor bath and an open-air bath, but the bathrooms seem to be separate. There is no washing area in the open-air bath, so I used the indoor bath. The facility is old, but the hot springs are flowing freely from the source. The hot springs are simple alkaline hot springs and are hot.*The hot spring component analysis table is from 1995.Source name: Shin-Itamuro Onsen Association Source (Itamuro 13)Spring quality: Alkaline simple hot springSpring quality for notice: Simple hot springSpring temperature: 45.1℃Hydrogen ion concentration: pH 9.5Sensory test: Clear, colorless, and tasteless and odorless.Total ingredients: 711 mg/kgGeneral indications: Neuralgia, muscle pain, joint painHot spring usage status: It seems to be a completely discharged type.Decision date: June 15, 1995Price: ¥500Bath date: 2023/8/24

It was 8850 yen for 1 night and 2 meals. When I checked in, I was served a welcome plate of tokoroten, which was cool and delicious. There is no air conditioning in the room, but the mornings and evenings are relatively cool, so I think it's okay unless it's a tropical night. Meals were served in the room and were delicious Japanese food with a large variety of items. The hot springs used free-flowing alkaline simple springs with a temperature of 44 degrees and a pH of 9.5, and were refreshing and refreshing. In the summer, insects often come in when the windows are open, so if you don't like insects, I think it's best to avoid them in the summer.

Enjoy the hot spring water! The water is a little hot, but it feels strangely comfortable to soak in it. Day trip bath 500 yen. If it's empty, they'll let you reserve it for yourself (which is probably always the case). The indoor bath has a lot of cracks, but the hot water is good anyway! There are no shampoos etc. in the open-air bath, but there are in the indoor bath. The entrance and hall of the Showa Minshuku are full of old magazines, accessories, children's toys, and stickers, but the customer service was good, and they gave us free iced coffee after our baths. This is a secret hot spring. It warmed my body and soul. It's a shame because it would have a great atmosphere if we just cleaned up the area around the entrance! However, if you have small children, it might be a good idea to let them play freely without worrying!

In terms of cost performance, it's ⭐️5 stars. But I'd say it's number 4. Except for the building being old, the food is served in the room and is quite delicious Japanese food. The people at the hostel are very nice and I want them to stay at a hostel like this.

I visited on New Year's Day 5th year of Reiwa. The hostess was kind and kind, and I was able to enjoy the hot water slowly. The hot water was so gentle that it made my hair fall.It ended up being a long bath, but I'm looking forward to taking a bath again.

Price: Adult 8,200 yenChild 4,000 yen (probably)Meal: Dinner is served after 6:30 p.m.Breakfast is after 8 o'clockDinner and breakfast served in the room. Delicious rice is served with a large amount of side dishes. The cooked rice was so delicious that I wanted to wrap it up and make it into an onigiri. I was talking about it lol. The breakfast mozuku and tofu salad was delicious.Hot spring: The source temperature is 45 degrees. Apparently there is a source further up the Itamuro Onsen Street, and the water is drawn from there. It seems that they used to drink hot springs in the past, but was it at a public health center? He says he doesn't drink it anymore because it's noisy, but there's no harm in drinking it. But at your own risk. (It seems that some customers take home large amounts of fish in tanks, but they didn't look very nice. Please be in moderation.)Because the water flows directly from the source, both the indoor and outdoor baths can be bathed 24 hours a day. It's not that hot considering it's a continuous stream. It feels like the bath at home is about 41 degrees. If there are slippers at the entrance to the outdoor bath, someone else is using them, so please use them when there are no slippers. That's what he said.So I decided to leave my slippers out. I can't put it away. The hot water was refreshing, and when I took a bath, I thought, ``It doesn't really feel like a hot spring.''After taking a bath, your skin will feel warm and naturally smooth. I don't need any cosmetics. I only stayed for one night, but I took a bath 5 times.Building, rooms: The building is old. There are no keys in the room. There is a kotatsu and fan heater in the room, but the refrigerator is shared with other guests in one of the hallways. There is a vending machine at the entrance, but the selection is not very good, so it is better to bring your own water and juice after bathing. It seems that check-in and check-out times are not clearly determined. In my case, I arrived at the inn before 2pm, but the staff said, ``Your room is already ready, so please come in.''I was able to get through. When I checked out around 9 o'clock, I was told, ``You're quite early,'' so other spa guests may be staying longer.I stayed with my children, and there were a lot of toys for children at the entrance of the inn, which was very helpful. Apparently there are elementary school-aged grandchildren here as well, so I didn't get any bad looks even if I brought my kids with me.As souvenirs, we received eggs and character Ochazuke for the children. To the fullest. The host and landlady are also very nice people. If you don't like insects or old buildings, go to Epinard or Hotel New Shiobara.Suiseikan has something that big hotels don't have.
