Outdoor shower/toilet, nice experience. Small room, no bath and no shampoo. No mineral water also. The price not suit with the apps;, so we should paid again when we arrived in hostel. I lost my helmet too. Not recomended.

Think again if you want to stay here via the o*o online application,... the price listed and the price when checking in are different... you have already paid via the application, you have to add more when checking in... if you don't want to add more you have to cancel, Continue staying at a loss...cancellation means even more loss, because the balance is not returned...

Didn't stay here, lost my money for two nights. Because the owner asked for the price according to his request, even though I got a special price from Agoda. It turns out I'm not the only victim here. There are several motorbike riders from Bondowoso who experienced bad things like this. Very disappointing.

DON'T EVER CHECK IN AT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT'S FRAUD, I BOOKED THROUGH THE OYO APPLICATION AND PAID THROUGH M-BANKING, WHEN I REACHED MY DESTINATION THE HOTEL WAS REJECTED ON THE REASON THAT THE ROOM WAS FULL, ASKED FOR A REFUND IN WHICH I WAS THROWN OFF" NOT CLEAR. NOT TRUST AT ALL! MAY KARMA REVERSE AMEN!

When we got there the room wasn't ready. prepare the room in front of your eyes, starting from the process of putting on the bed sheets, prepare the hanfuk, etc., show it in front of your eyes🙄 not really recommended. the room is still dirty, the bathroom also has spots. the messy blanket was still on the table. I'm surprised there's a place like this. The service wasn't really good, I didn't stay there and went straight home because I was in a bad mood looking at it. The towels were taken out on the clothesline in front of our eyes and then sprayed in front of us. ugh... even though I called beforehand to make sure, they weren't ready yet. BTW, I've also paid beforehand, before anyone entered my room, I just went straight back. THE POINT IS SUPER BAD.

Guys, let's be real here okay..If you book this room via OYO, be prepared that you will be canceled unilaterally by the hotel staff.I ordered via OYO and paid according to the price via OVO.After arriving there my room order was rejected unilaterally by the staff there on the grounds that they no longer collaborated with Oyo.Then I was called by the owner of this inn and said that between OYO and the management of this inn there was an internal problem (possible delay in payment by Oyo, according to management's confession to me)And as if to corner me, why do I pay via OVO, why not cash?As someone who also works in the service sector, what management does to customers is truly unfair. They are willing to sacrifice customers just because of internal conflictsSo disappointed!
