The place is really nice. We arrived by Campervan and got a very friendly and nice service by Sakamoto and his team. The stuff cant speak a lot of english, but it wasnt a Problem. We got also Support for another Locations etc. We use a Barbecue Grill and the Onsen for free (clean, lean, pure), still a great place for 1,2 ... nights. We will come back!!

We stayed in this hotel on our last day of Autumn Maple Trees Trip on 31st November 2014. The location is not far from Osaka airport, about 40 minutes drive. So it's perfect choice as first day or last day accommondation in Osaka. …

Busses are few and far between so check the Mizuma Railway website for schedules. There are 4 onsen with day use in this area. I have been to all but one and this one is the best yet. Crystal clear water that is a hard bath on the skin, but the waterfeel is light and soapy. One of the best simple onsen I have tried in the area and worth the trip. Only two baths, indoors and outdoors at normal temperature so the key here is the quality of the water. The facility has a sports gym, playground, restaurant, and BBQ patio so you can make a day of enjoying more than a few hours here if you wanted. Outstanding nature here also so close to Osaka city, but the temperature is lower and the air cleaner. Overall a great place to escape the city and get into some nature… and, of course, take a bath.

I made a reservation because it was for 2 families camping, unlimited access to the hot springs, and unlimited play in the gymnasium. The children were very happy with the playground and played to their heart's content. It feels like a campsite for group camping, so I don't think it's recommended for single families, couples, or solo camping.Three disappointing points.[Morning opening hours are late] The morning hot springs and playgrounds open at 10:00 a.m., which is a little late. and check out until 11am.I thought I would finally be able to play after I had breakfast and obviously had a lot of free time, but I ended up sweating in the bath and checking out, so I was really busy. Also, the family who left early in the morning seemed to have free time until 10 o'clock just to check out.I thought it would be nice to have a system where you could check out and return your cart for free.[Morning hot spring is lukewarm]Perhaps it was too late to turn on the reheating switch in the morning, so I took a bath in the morning with cold water instead of hot water. It was about the same temperature as a swimming pool. It's not a warm temperature. Please be careful.[Lights out time is not stated → Bad manners] This is a common story at campgrounds for campgrounds, but it didn't get quiet until late. There is no information on when the lights are turned off, so if it's bright, it might not be possible to create a quiet atmosphere. It's a matter of manners on the camping side, but I think the management can also set the time. This time, families who started to evacuate around 5 a.m. were moving their cars.

[Attention to barrel sauna users ⚠️]I used the barrel sauna several times.Previously, the store had to prepare the fire starters, but now the customers have to prepare it themselves. When I went there without the sauna stone being heated at all, it took an hour to be able to use it as a sauna.Since the usage time was within 2 hours, only 1 set could be used. It's like warming the room for the next user.I brought my sauna friends to recommend it, but I'm saddened by the disappointing results. If you are thinking of using it, it might be better to aim for a time when there is some residual heat left after the previous one has entered. If you're paying the same amount, it's better to get the best service.

I used a lotus bell tent.I usually have my own camper.I think the facilities are very good. However, perhaps due to bad luck, the manners of the users are the worst.Chopping wood, opening and closing car doors, talking even after 10pm...This is from multiple sites. The facilities are good, but the user level is too low.

I used the hot springs. This is a small hot spring facility with an indoor bath and an open-air bath. The facilities were well equipped and clean. There was a tortoise 🐢 at the hot spring entrance and it was very cute. The campground here is beautiful and you can easily access the hot springs, but it's a shame that you can't feel the nature. To put it simply, it's like pitching a tent on a well-maintained site. ?

I've been going to the baths occasionally since before the renovation, and when I went back for the first time in a while, I noticed that they had been beautifully renovated. I would like to come to camp next time. The bath is still a relaxing space, and I think having a bath at the campsite is a great point!

Use the Sakura site for solo camping. It's a little expensive at 5,500 yen, but you don't have to worry about it because it's fully equipped. Half of the training equipment in the gymnasium is broken. The hot springs are not too lukewarm and have just the right temperature, making you feel comfortable. It's open until 9pm at night and from 10am to 11am, so I wish I could have taken a bath a little earlier in the morning. All the staff are kind.

The insects were really bad in both the outdoor and indoor baths. Still, I was paying 700 yen, so I put up with it and went in. However, a huge bug stuck to my face (lol) and I left within 5 minutes. What kind of insect was that? It was really buzzing...
