The price was neither cheap nor particularly expensive, but the cleaning seemed to be poor and the bath and bedside were dirty and uncomfortable. The bathtub was leaking and had no hot water at all, so I gave up, paid the money, and moved to another hotel.To be honest, I won't be going there again because the price is not worth it at all, and I definitely can't recommend it.

I visited the store for the first time in about 3 months, and about half of the rooms were out of order so I couldn't choose one, and even the rooms I could choose from were in a mess, with the air conditioner malfunctioning, the bubble function malfunctioning, and the fare machine malfunctioning. In particular, the room on the 4th floor was not an air conditioner but had an air cooler, so it was extremely hot. Should we stop using the air cooler in the room? It's so hot I feel like I'm going to die. And seeing as they don't have the funds to repair it, I think it's time to close it down. Until last year, I used to use it frequently because it was reasonably priced, but since the new fee structure has been introduced, I have stopped using it because the degree of rip-off has increased. It's a shame that 2900 yen for 90 minutes is great, but I think it's difficult financially. I always think it's difficult to have one surgery, and what surprised me was that the terrestrial TV had interference and couldn't show Fuji TV or TV Asahi. It made me sad to think that even the antenna was broken.

I used it for the first time!I arrived at the store just after 6am, and since it was my first time using the hotel, I didn't know what was in store, so I told the front desk staff that I wanted to take a rest, and they politely told me about the price and the rank of the room. I gave it to you!The facilities seemed old, but the room was clean. Also, in the afternoon, I asked about free drinks and free amenities, and the staff at the front desk kindly responded.I was nervous because the reviews had low stars, but I'm glad I actually used it.thank you for your help!

It's pretty badI don't think it's the same series.Even if the brightness in the room is set to the highest setting, it's too dark to read.There was a stick of candy that someone had licked on the back of the remote control and it was sticky and even when I received a towel, the towel was dry.The lid of the bathroom was left open and there was garbage in the trash can.Also, there was still water in the kettle.Even though it says remote control is available for rental, most of the items are out of stock and cannot be rented, and the phone support is pretty bad.There were only two cars available when I arrived.But what does it mean that it's out of stock or on loan? 💦Also, you can almost never order a welcome drink.Too many out of stockThe price is 7000 yen even during service time.Despite the condition, the price is not worth it...I like Seven Seas in Oarai, which is in the same chain as Yoppo.But when it comes to series, both are a little scary💦I don't think I'll ever use this hotel again.This is the worst thing I've ever been throughI have stayed at various hotels in the Kanto region, but the one next to Sara and Benex in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture is very beautiful.From the second time onward, you can stay for half the price, and you can stay for 4,200 yen, and you can stay until 4:00 pm in the evening.It was a good learning experience

Dishonest response from both men and women.I registered as a memberIt won't be half price until after the 6th time.Was told. Should be posted.Also, it seems like they don't really want to make food, so they keep making excuses like ``It takes a long time'' and ``I can't do breakfast without a reservation.'' The way she answered the phone made me think that she was trying to make fun of me. If you don't want to do it, quit.By the way, the fries I ordered were salty, so I don't recommend them.Even though you can't order rentals from the TV, the phone support is garbage, so I recommend you not to go there.

This is my first time in such a bad hotel.I checked in late Saturday night.① The hallway leading to the room is too hot.② iPhone charger does not respond and cannot be charged③When I reported ② to the front desk, I was told that it would take quite a while to bring it because I was working alone.④The toys in the room are old or useless.⑤Can't use TV menu⑥The jacuzzi in the bath is broken and cannot be used, but there is no signage.⑦Lotion, milky lotion, etc. are not provided.⑧When I asked the front desk for shampoo and lotion over the phone, they said, ``It takes a lot of time to bring them, but is that okay? I was treated with a friendly atmosphere, and even though I said it was fine, they didn't have most of the products, and in the end, they only had milky lotion. (I was told that first come, first served)I didn't know how to talk to customers, I didn't respond well, and the customer service was very unpleasant.So I decided I didn't want to stay here any longer and went home 30 minutes after entering the store.However, I still had to pay 11,000 yen.Anyway, the clerk's response is bad, and the room is not clean.It was truly the worst hotel. I will never go there again.

Everything is the worst.The room was dirty.You can't use the menu in the room.You won't be able to use the discount if you don't mention it as soon as it arrives.The drinking water of the previous customer who returned home remains the same.The jacuzzi is broken, but there are no signs.I thought it was okay because I usually use the same series, but that was my mistake.too expensive.I will never use it again.Impossible.
