A full course of delicious crab that I couldn't finish, plus all-you-can-eat Ine tuna❗The tuna was delicious. I also enjoyed the plentiful breakfast. I would also like to thank all the employees for their kind and courteous response. I had asked for a surprise for my husband's birthday, but it was forgotten...💦Another request: The smoking area is too cold outside in the cold...💧I would appreciate it if you could improve this inn, as I would like to come back again.September 2020I'll be visiting again. My husband became paralyzed on one side due to illness. This is a post from the perspective of a person with a disability.First of all, it's a wonderful inn.Good food, good service, good facilities. The private bath is located semi-basement, but there is a chair lift on the stairs. No shower chair, no handrail. I have something to grab onto, so I can make it. Advance reservations are not possible. This is troubling. It happened to be empty, but it didn't bother me while I was sightseeing. For people with disabilities who are unable to take a bath by themselves, would it be possible to reserve a private bath when making a reservation?Thank you for your consideration. At the dining hall and buffet, it was helpful to have a walker to carry the tray. Finally, the man at the front desk. Please call me by nameI was happy. valued customersSmart customer service, wonderful.

This is my second stay here.Last time I stayed at Universal on the 3rd floor, this time I stayed at Standard on the 6th floor. The location of the bed next to the window, the sofa in the tatami room, and the large screen TV was perfect. The main purpose is the buffet style meal. The contents change depending on the season. This time it was shabu-shabu.In addition, there are many other dishes such as crab, turban shell, steak, sashimi, and sushi that will make your stomach burst.I haven't been able to conquer all items yet.The breakfast buffet's dashimaki eggs, dried fish, and homemade seafood bowls are the best. It's a reasonable price considering the quality of the rooms and meals, and you'll be happy to stay here many times. It's becoming a regular place to stay.Next is the main crab season, and I'm looking forward to it.If I had one request, it would be helpful if the teacup was a little bigger. (I can't drink alcohol, so hot tea is a must because I have to go there many times)

It seems like it was renovated in July, and I was really impressed with how clean everything from the guest rooms to the inside of the hotel was! The seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious and left an impression on me!

The room is just wonderfulBeautiful, spacious, and has great taste! ︎The open-air bath in the room was so comfortable and wonderful (^^)This time, I asked for a birthday cake and had it brought to my room after dinner. They even took a photo of it for me and put it in a photo frame on the way home and gave it to me as a present.Thank you very much for your birthday present. The food was luxurious and delicious, especially the steak in the evening and the seafood bowl in the morning. It was so delicious that I ate too much!I feel that it is exceptional to be able to stay at this price with this quality. The black bean tea after the bath was also delicious. The only disappointing thing was that I was happy to be able to choose a yukata, but the sizes were difficult to understand...I thought it would be nice if they were sorted by size so I could choose more smoothly. Also, we were all looking forward to riding the tuk-tuk, so I was very disappointed when I saw the cancellation sign at the entrance on the day of the event. It can't be helped if it's just for this day, but if it's canceled for a while, I think it's better to let them know.

I stayed here when I went swimming with my family. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, and from the moment I entered the inn, I knew it was a good inn. Both dinner and breakfast were buffets, and they were surprisingly delicious. For dinner, they even served a boatload of sashimi, which was very satisfying. The grilled turban shells and steak were also very delicious. There were many desserts such as fruits, cakes, and ice cream, and both my children and wife were very happy. There were several types of ice cream, but the flavors were not listed, so I think there is room for improvement.I was disappointed that the kids room was closed, but the male staff at the front desk gave my child a small toy. That makes the child very happy. As a parent, I'm happy when my child is happy, and I felt the warmth of the staff. The female staff at the store were also very kind and I couldn't help but shop. All of the staff members were kind and warm, but the two mentioned above left a great impression on me.One disappointing point was that when I came back from the beach and checked into the hotel, I was the only one in a swimsuit, so I was asked to take a shower and change clothes.I understand that if you go straight in, sand will get into the hostel, but the shower area only has a wall that goes up to my chest, so I was a little reluctant to change clothes there. There are no shelves to keep clothes or bags...It's okay for me because I'm a man, but I think it would be a problem if I were a woman. It's not a private room, so if other people come, you can see everything...I think there is room for improvement here as well. There is some room for improvement, but overall I think it is a very good inn.I've said it many times before, but I can see that the staff are kind and caring.Next time I would like to visit in the winter when the fish is more delicious.Thank you very much.
