The only plus of this guesthouse is the location (close to the beach, many restaurants around), that's all.The room is very small and uncomfortable. Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. There is no wardrobe, nowhere to store things. The bath is in disgusting condition! The tap is impossible to use; water flows out of it in a thin stream and outside the sink, everything is splashed. The sink is rusty and has stains that cannot be washed off, the toilet has yellow stains, the curtain is covered in mold, the floors are dirty. There is no shelf to put shampoo and soap, I had to put it on the tap, but it kept falling on the floor. The terrible stench of sewage can be heard coming from the bathtub, it’s simply nauseating! The foot towel has never been washed, dirty. I would be ashamed to give this to guests.I also want to say that the road to the guest house is terrible, since it is gravel and under construction, I constantly twisted my legs and it’s hard to get through there on a bike. Also, the area itself was very small, our room was located opposite the sun loungers and the pool, and when you leave there’s a person lying there, it’s impossible to turn around. There is no privacy, the staff can easily walk past the room, and there are glass doors, there are chairs right between the rooms and a dryer on the terrace, there are no fences. The shared kitchen is in terrible condition, it was disgusting to even take a mug, everything was very dirty.Strong audibility from the common area, then a party with beer until 5 am, then children start yelling loudly from 6 am. You won't get enough sleep! Also, sounds from the construction site can be heard from the very morning until the evening! The view is not of rice fields, as in the photo, but of a construction site!!! There is a villa built right next to it and further construction is still underway!
