When I first arrived, I was surprised by the way the woman at the entrance hung the customer's luggage over her arm, as if to say, "Yes, I'll take it." I was taken to the lounge on the top floor and was impressed by the atmosphere and the view from there, but I only had a few snacks and drinks that weren't very tasty. Next, I got the key and went into the room, but I was surprised to see that there was a huge difference between the renovated area and the not-so-renovated area. The plumbing is old. The handle of the old roll curtain on the bathroom window was torn and could not be operated. The old dirty screens on the windows are off the rails. Drinks in the refrigerator in the room are included in the price, so feel free to use them, but only water and carbonated water. The bed where you can feel the springs against your body is beyond surprising and feels terrible. This is the first time I've had such an uncomfortable bed.Dinner and drinks are arranged in the center, so you can drink as you like. However, the cold sake is not cold and there are only a few types of alcohol, and guests have to open the stopper and touch the spout themselves, making it unsanitary. I wanted a delicious drink that I paid for in a polite manner. Is cooking creative? It didn't suit my taste. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to it because of the good reviews. I thought this was the level of accommodation in the Yuhigaura Onsen area.

My husband and I visited him for the first time on August 24th to relieve the stress of daily life. The room, room 71, was spacious and clean, and the background music was soothing. The food was also delicious. However, the women's yukata was available in one-size-fits-all sizes, but I couldn't wear it because it was too small. I'm tall, but I'm not that fat. It was so hard to close the front. I borrowed a Samue, but I felt that the fabric was too thick for summer. It would be nice if there were different sizes like men's yukatas. Also, the amenity brush was difficult to use, so I would like them to improve it.The sunset was beautiful, and the customer service from all the staff was wonderful. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much for your help.

Date of use: August 3, 2024Plan: Japanese-Western twin 1 night and 2 meals includedFee: ¥68,000 for 2 peopleI used it for my husband's birthday celebration. In all my travels so far, I have never regretted choosing a place to stay.Providing services that are worth the price is the basis of business, and if quality is compromised, it not only violates that basic principle, but it also smears the face of the person who chose that service. Is it?○CookingIt's just a bunch of forced and strange performances, and it's hopelessly unpleasant. I thought it would be better to eat at a family restaurant instead of continuing to eat like this. Due to the remote location, there was no place to go to eat instead, so I ended up going hungry that day.○RoomIt was a room with a private bath, but the windows were full of water stains, so I couldn't see the beautiful sunset as shown on the website.○Customer serviceThey served customers courteously. However, I think it would be a good idea to hire foreign employees as guides even though they are not well trained. It's not at a level where you can just put on a badge that says ``I'm studying Japanese.''Although he was trying his best, the hotel should have been negligent in training its employees. In this climate of inflation, I think it is essential to reduce costs when operating an inn, but I am clearly making a mistake in distinguishing between what can be cut and what cannot be cut.Previous reviews said that the food was delicious and it was a nice inn, so I wonder if they went there even though it was a cheap and strange consulting service.Even though I came all the way from Tokyo, I felt very disappointed. It's important to check the reviews, the tuition fees were high.I would like my time, effort, and money all returned to me.I hope this will be helpful to future guests.

I have visited you several times in the past. I would like to point out some points that I noticed when I visited the other day.① There was some hair floating in the bathtub of the bathroom in my room. I kept quiet, thinking it was just a coincidence, but it happened again this time, so I decided to mention it. ②Drinks with meals were free drinks, but I would like to have as many drinks as I want from a variety of options.Of course, for an additional fee. ③It was also disappointing that the coffee drip in the room was lost.I've said a lot of things, but I'm not complaining, I just want to see improvements, so please don't take it negatively. The meals are delicious and enjoyable every time. We hope you will find a good accommodation.

I was staying in the middle of the rainy season, and there was a heavy rain warning, so there was nowhere to go sightseeing, so even though I arrived early, I had to carry my heavy bag to the foreign staff who was already waiting at the driveway. After checking in at the lounge, I was able to get into my room, which was a great help, as I was guided to the sophisticated lounge on the 8th floor, thinking how wonderful the view would be if it was a sunny day. After relaxing for a while, I went to the lounge and enjoyed beer, sweet potatoes, and chocolate, and then went to the public bath.It was a lineup that included an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a Jacuzzi, and a hot water sauna, so it would be a loss if you didn't take a long bath.Furthermore, the food was visually pleasing, delicious to eat, and I was very satisfied with the kind customer service. The room was clean, and the bath in the room was very hot and I took many baths. The breakfast was also delicious, and although I usually skip it, I felt energized after eating it in the morning. The dashi rolls were piping hot, the tomato juice was refreshing and delicious, and the bagna cauda sauce was the best.Since the plan was to leave at 11 o'clock, I was able to relax and take my time until the end.Although I couldn't see the sunset, the view was nice and I was able to relax and relieve myself of the stress of everyday life in a comfortable room. All the staff greeted us with smiles as we passed each other, and it was a very pleasant stay.I would love to visit you again.Thank you very much♪♪♪

The food was good. Each piece was carefully made and tasted great.I don't know what kind of food the previous head chef cooked, but the current head chef's cooking was also heartfelt.Since I can't eat meat, they made me a fish dish.I was really surprised that the fish dishes came out even better than the actual dishes. It tasted very good, but I was so full that I regret leaving it behind.Thank you for the meal. The girl who took me to the front desk in the elevator took care of my meal.It felt a little slow, but I could feel the sarcasm and effort that came through, which made me like it.The sun was setting while we were eating, so he came over to tell us that it was about time.I was able to go see it before the other customers, and since the clouds were spreading, I ended up sinking into the clouds before it hit the sea, so the timing was good because they let me know early. The room had a nice view of the sea.I feel good because I can see it from the bath.It was nice that the water wasn't too hot so I could take a long bath. The music playing in the room was soothing and I felt very relaxed.thank you. However, I gave it a 4 because my husband said that the phone calls at the time of reservation were not very good, and the way the staff greeted me when I left the hotel was a bit strange.

My first solo trip. Best word. The customer service, food, and room were all very good.It was the best anniversary of my first solo trip in such a wonderful hotel. However, the open-air bath was so full of leaves and insects that I thought it was a pond. That's the only disappointing point. There was a net placed there asking people to scoop it up, but it wasn't that good. I feel so bad that I can't go in.There was a wonderful hot spring in the room, so I was very satisfied.Next time I definitely want to bring my dear friend with me.
