When I first arrived, I was surprised by the way the woman at the entrance hung the customer's luggage over her arm, as if to say, "Yes, I'll take it." I was taken to the lounge on the top floor and was impressed by the atmosphere and the view from there, but I only had a few snacks and drinks that weren't very tasty. Next, I got the key and went into the room, but I was surprised to see that there was a huge difference between the renovated area and the not-so-renovated area. The plumbing is old. The handle of the old roll curtain on the bathroom window was torn and could not be operated. The old dirty screens on the windows are off the rails. Drinks in the refrigerator in the room are included in the price, so feel free to use them, but only water and carbonated water. The bed where you can feel the springs against your body is beyond surprising and feels terrible. This is the first time I've had such an uncomfortable bed.Dinner and drinks are arranged in the center, so you can drink as you like. However, the cold sake is not cold and there are only a few types of alcohol, and guests have to open the stopper and touch the spout themselves, making it unsanitary. I wanted a delicious drink that I paid for in a polite manner. Is cooking creative? It didn't suit my taste. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to it because of the good reviews. I thought this was the level of accommodation in the Yuhigaura Onsen area.

My husband and I visited him for the first time on August 24th to relieve the stress of daily life. The room, room 71, was spacious and clean, and the background music was soothing.The food was also delicious.However, the women's yukata was available in one-size-fits-all sizes, but I couldn't wear it because it was too small. I'm tall, but I'm not that fat. It was so hard to close the front. I borrowed a Samue, but I felt that the fabric was too thick for summer.It would be nice if there were different sizes like men's yukatas.Also, the amenity brush was difficult to use, so I would like them to improve it.The sunset was beautiful, and the customer service from all the staff was wonderful. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much for your help.

I kept quiet, thinking it was just a coincidence, but it happened again this time, so I decided to mention it. ②Drinks with meals were free drinks, but I would like to have as many drinks as I want from a variety of options.Of course, for an additional fee. ③It was also disappointing that the coffee drip in the room was lost.I've said a lot of things, but I'm not complaining, I just want to see improvements, so please don't take it negatively. I was staying in the middle of the rainy season, and there was a heavy rain warning, so there was nowhere to go sightseeing, so even though I arrived early, I had to carry my heavy bag to the foreign staff who was already waiting at the driveway. My first solo trip. Best word.The customer service, food, and room were all very good.It was the best anniversary of my first solo trip in such a wonderful hotel.However, the open-air bath was so full of leaves and insects that I thought it was a pond. That's the only disappointing point. There was a net placed there asking people to scoop it up, but it wasn't that good. I feel so bad that I can't go in.There was a wonderful hot spring in the room, so I was very satisfied.Next time I definitely want to bring my dear friend with me.

Due to lack of staff, I carried my luggage to the room by myself without any guidance. As a physically disabled person, it was difficult for me to use a cane. The food is expensive, but it's not a big deal, and the hot springs are small, so I don't think I'll go there again.

As a reward for myself, I stayed alone.It's difficult to stay at these kinds of accommodations for one person; they only accommodate two people, so it can be difficult to find one.At Kashoen Bettei Fuuka, I didn't have to worry about being alone, and I was able to enjoy my stay to my heart's content for just one person.I think it depends on the date, but this time I happened to have a day off and had a plan where I could stay alone, and I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, which was great.What surprised me was the phone call the day before my stay.They told me they were contacting me to confirm, so I asked them if I had any allergies for breakfast, and even told them that I went by train this time and walked there, and that there was a shuttle service available.They were very polite! I felt that.I don't have much experience staying at inns, so I don't know much about them, but from my experience staying at reasonably good hotels, I had high expectations even before I stayed because I had never heard of a phone call the day before, and they were very polite.When we arrived, the person at the entrance guided us through the check-in process while enjoying a glass of juice in the lounge.I also wanted to use a private bath, so I asked for it at check-in and paid the fee.Advance payment is required, so just put the key in the box in front of the elevator on your way home.This was too easy.I used the shuttle bus on my way back, and it was very comfortable because I was able to relax in my room until the very last minute and then quickly return the key and leave.The room is too spacious and comfortable.The ocean view is very nice, and the tatami floor is relaxing.After all, there is a hot spring in the room.When you open the window, it feels like an open-air bath.I was able to enjoy the hot springs in my room while feeling the breeze.This time I only had breakfast and no dinner.I was surprised to see breakfast.A huge number of elaborate dishes.Moreover, the breakfast venue was like a private room, so even though I came alone, I was able to enjoy my meal without worrying about other people watching.Hot pot in the morning. I visited you in August 2023.The view from the lounge is very beautiful and you can even see the sunset!There are also free drink servers and sweets, so you can relax slowly 😊You can see a little bit of the outside from the bathroom in the guest room, which is nice 😌The food was better in the morning than in the evening.The dinner looked fun, but the taste was average, and I was left with a mediocre feeling... This is my 4th stay here.I visit Yuhigaura every year during crab season.This time it was my first time in a few years, so it was refreshing to see that the lounge had been built and the front desk had changed.Unfortunately it was raining, but the lounge at night had a nice atmosphere and I had a relaxing time.The bathroom in the room was also spacious and I took a bath many times to enjoy it.The contents of the meal have changed since the head chef has been replaced, but the creative dishes were delicious and I was very satisfied.I look forward to breakfast every time, as well as dinner, and my husband and I always say that Fuuka's breakfast is the best.The staff member who was in charge of this dinner,He was a perfect example of a Nakai-san, as he served the meals with great care and kept the atmosphere of the meal lively without disrupting the atmosphere.Just one thing. . . I used it during the January holidays.We stayed as a family of four, so we couldn't use the renovated upper floor, which had a capacity of two people, so the room itself felt a little old.The size of my Samue didn't fit, so I asked for it, but a man rudely came to deliver it, and although I was told I could drink all the drinks in the fridge, there were only 4 bottles, and among them was an apple. There was only one bottle of juice, and the brother and sister were arguing over who should drink it...I felt like the hotel didn't really care about the people staying there.Also, I hadn't been informed that the restaurant would close at 9pm, so I was eating slowly, but my dessert was brought to me while I was eating my zosui. I regret that I would have been able to start the meal earlier if I had been informed in advance.Thank you to the manager for taking the trouble to close my car door on my way home. He was a very pleasant person.

We stayed at the end of December.The inside of the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very clean. The staff's explanations were very thorough and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The food was plentiful and the next item came out right after I finished eating, which was great.
