There are a lot of stink bugs in the room.Stink bugs appeared three times in total, and even though I had them removed, the room still smelled like stink bugs. He didn't offer any suggestions, such as moving rooms, so I asked him with a smug look on his face, saying, "You come out a lot today, right?"It's true that there were a lot of stink bugs that day, but even though the inn is in the mountains, it seems like they keep the windows open when cleaning. It's certain that insects will come in, so if you open the door, you should use a screen door, or if you open it all the way, you should get rid of every single one of them and do something about the smell before letting customers in.Despite being a reasonably priced hotel, there were no amenities at all, and the staff's attitude may have been the worst ever.In the inns I've stayed at up until now, if I caused even the slightest inconvenience to a guest, there was an apology service of some sort, but I was simply told that I was sorry. When a number of them appeared, I was completely absentminded, smelly, and disgusting, so I reached my limit, so I asked for a change of room, and I managed to move to a room with a lower rank.I was told that stink bugs might come in through the air conditioner, so I had to turn it off and go to bed.I couldn't sleep properly due to the heat and the trauma and fear of stink bugs. .A trip I planned to get paid and relax turned into a trip that left me sleep deprived, traumatized, and angry. After checking out, I ran home.Of course, there are no refunds or services.I don't think I'll go again, including the affiliated groups.1 star because the food was delicious

You can choose a yukata, but I think it would be nice to have a samue as well. The other Taoya was wearing Samue. The entire property has been renovated, so it feels clean, beautiful, and comfortable to spend time in. There were spider webs around the stuffed animals and the edges of the lobby, and I felt like the cleaning wasn't done properly. The hospital next door can be seen from the guest room, which is a shame. I spent the time with the blinds closed. The open-air bath was open and comfortable. It was nice that there were towels in the bathroom without having to bring them from the room! There are many types of food to enjoy, but I think the quality is average. The seafood bowl for breakfast was great! The food was better in the morning!Since it's all-inclusive, I think it's good for people who drink a lot of alcohol. We had some snacks in the lounge, and enjoyed the fireplace in the evening.

⚪︎About the buildingThe inn was smaller than I had imagined. The lobby, lounge, and restaurant have a nice atmosphere. The rooms and hallways are old, but they are kept clean.⚪︎About cookingI didn't have high expectations since it's part of the Oedo Onsen group, but it was a hotel one rank higher than the Oedo Onsen group, so it was delicious. There wasn't a surprising number of items, but there was a good balance of Japanese, Western, and Chinese, and most of the standard menu items were available.I've been to many buffet-style inns, and the food was delicious compared to others. (It was more delicious than Hoshino Resorts)⚪︎About All InclusiveAll-you-can-drink alcohol and drinks are available in the lounge, public bath floor, and dinner restaurant. Recommended for those who like alcohol. There are small snacks available in the lounge, and all-you-can-eat ice cream is available on the public bath floor.⚪︎About the serviceEven though it's a large company, I was disappointed that they didn't have any allergies. I was in trouble because they said they couldn't answer my questions because they didn't have an allergy list...I somehow made a request and received an explanation during dinner, but the explanation was given by a young staff member, so even he himself didn't understand it very well, which made me nervous as well.In a world where the number of people with allergies is increasing, I think that not being able to answer questions about allergies needs to be improved. At the buffet-style restaurants I've used in the past, the chefs and allergy-responsive staff would carefully answer each item, so I was disappointed with the response here.⚪︎About the bathAs others have written, it is inconvenient that the large public bath and open-air bath are on different floors.⚪︎OthersThe promotional photos and description of the inn said that you could enjoy a bonfire in the garden, so I was looking forward to it, but I didn't. It was a sunny day and the temperature was just right, so it was a shame that it wasn't held. Since the bonfire was the deciding factor for staying overnight, I wish it would have been mentioned if there were days when the bonfire would not be held.Overall, it's not bad, but I don't think it's worth repeating.I would like to use it again if the price is low.

I struggled through the web to make a reservation through a hotel reservation site, and I was able to get the price down to just ¥13,000 per person, and at that price I was very satisfied (≧∇≦)/. I was surprised to find out later that it was ¥65,000/2 people to stay directly at the hotel.onwardsComments are considered based on regular prices.Location: It may depend on the direction of travel, but the entrance road is difficult to understand. Outside the window is the inpatient ward of a nearby hospital. Therefore no evaluationFacilities: There was a doorman-like person. However, he didn't say, "I'll bring your luggage." (Maybe he was busy?)From the window of the guest room, we could clearly see the inpatient ward of the adjacent hospital. (It will be clearly visible from the hospital). I am also dissatisfied with the lack of a bathtub in the guest room. Of course, there were no face towels, so I couldn't wash my face, and even if I washed my hands, there was no place to dry them.I had a good impression that the rooms were clean and tidy, and of course the cleaning was done well. The filter of the air purifier is also clean and good (but that's normal, isn't it? That's the only good thing I can see). The background music in the hallway is so annoying that I can't sleep well in the morning. As other reviews have said, there is an indoor bath with shampoo, etc., and an open-air bath without. It might be troublesome that they are on separate floors, but if you bring disposable ones, the open-air bath also has a shower, so it might be a problem. The view from the open-air bath was that it was hard to see in the busy downtown area of Tokyo, but I could see the white lily, but the lighting was so bright that I couldn't see anything else. To me, the quality of the spring water was good and there was no chlorine smell. The bathroom changing room was kept clean by staff coming in while you were taking a bath. However, you need to be careful as it is not open 24 hours a day.Bathrooms are on the 2nd and 4th floors. Beverages are on the 1st and 2nd floors, so if you get a room on the 3rd floor, you might be lucky as you can go anywhere in the shortest distance.& I wonder what it is like to see a large bag of used towels placed outside the bathroom with its mouth 20-30% open...Hospitality: It's not bad, but there's not enough tension. As a result, consideration has been neglected.Meal: Definitely better than the Ito group (or else I guess~^^;). However, something warmer with the same content is warmer. If cold items can be served cold, it might be even. I feel that if you set the tube type of Japanese hollyhock in the items you will bring with you, all the dishes will be reasonably priced. As for drinks, this one has a better variety. There was some dark beer, but the wine was lacking.All-inclusive: Snacks are placed in a capacity that disappears in an instant, and although they were available in the lounge between 15:00 and 19:00, I did not see them at all in other beverage serving areas. There was ice cream available, but each person must bring their own dry food and snacks for drinking.Since the cup is small, can I solve the problem by bringing a larger disposable cup and a tray when traveling to the room? Maybe I will.Overall rating: Looks like you've read the reviews. It seemed like they were doing things that could be improved with manpower. It appears that much of the accommodation fee is used to provide alcohol, ice cream, and food at appropriate temperatures in order to make the hotel an all-inclusive hotel. That ratio is too high, and other things are ignored, which causes the overall evaluation to fall.As the Oedo Onsen Group, the specifications of this facility seemed to be a problem. Whether it's the reasonably priced Kamokaso or the middle-of-the-road TAOYA for a group...If we can invest further from here and add more bathtubs and bring the meals back to Kasukasou, I think it will meet our profit margins and customer needs. I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen in a year or two.In the end I have no repeat orders.Even though I actually paid ¥13,000/1P, I didn't use the expressway or gasoline to get there. What if it's local? That's not there either. This time, if I had time to look for more, I would have canceled it. The room had been renovated and was clean, but the floor plan was that of an old inn. The clear accounting of the all-inclusive is good.All-you-can-drink alcohol is nice for drinkers, but the snacks are limited in quantity and first come, first served. The food is buffet style and there aren't many items, but it's not too much to eat everything, so it's enough. The taste isn't bad, but everything is just so-so. Live Kitchen's beef is of poor quality. Ajillo, bouillabaisse, freshly squeezed Mont Blanc, breakfast cutlet sandwich, and nokkedon were delicious. At this price, I'd rather eat a small amount of delicious food than a large amount. As others have written, it's a shame that you can't feel the local production and consumption in the ingredients and menu. The bath is a simple hot spring and is pretty average. The public bath is on the 2nd floor, and the open-air bath is on the 4th floor. It was a bad day, so the outdoor space was reserved for private use.I had passed through this place dozens of times in the past, but the road had gotten better with a bypass (tunnel) built along the way. Although the name is Nasu, it takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Nasu.I stayed there during peak season, so I was not very satisfied with the price. If you want to stay at a reasonable price during the off-season, I'd probably stay again.

I came with my child, and I was impressed by how kind the staff were to my child, such as giving my son a sticker inside the facility and finding a comfortable seat for my child at the buffet. I was happy. I liked the bath on the 4th floor. The rice was also delicious.I had a hectic time with my two children, so I'd like to go again with my husband!
