I can't comment on the rooms but we went in for pizza on a rainy night and had a really enjoyable meal. The service was excellent, the best we've had in Japan, and that's saying something. We had a Margherita pizza and it was brilliant, cheesy, with a tomato sauce as well as fresh tomato and a good amount of basil. It had a nice thin crust and served on a steel plate inset in wood to keep it piping hot. Would definitely go back again, great pizza and great service

I spent two nights there, including the night before, climbing Mt. Komagatake, and I was able to enjoy and relax. The lakeside location was wonderful and we had the best summer vacation ever.

Nice little wood cabin inn in the neighborhood of all the onsen hotels. Clean and cozy. Ms Mishie （maybe owner）is friendly and helpful... unfortunate my Japanese is limited , otherwise I would like to chat more with her. She provides homemade food for tea time, dinner time and breakfast. Amazing homemade western food.Although the inn doesn't have shower or bath facility, they do provide bath ticket to nearby bath house (10 min walk).Overall is good experience for a fair/budget price in the area.

Wife? The food is delicious. The thoughtfulness such as handmade cookies and watermelon service is wonderful. I was really grateful for the fact that I was able to get a ticket to a nearby hot spring for a day trip, as well as a bus guide to the Komagatake Ropeway.However, I would like a small table in the room. If I were to get even more greedy, I'd be happy if there was something like tea to dissolve it in.The freshly baked bread for breakfast was exquisite.

I came looking for a place that opened at 9am.Siphon coffee, pizza, and scone shopI came here without any prior information, so I was surprised at how small the shop was, but it had a great atmosphere!There was also a wood stove, but I wonder if I would use it in the winter?Please go there once.

I stopped by during the autumn leaves season 🍁This is a cafe located in a quiet log house next to a pension.The inside of the store is not large, but I think it suits this area ☺️Ordered a cafe latte and chocolate scone🎵The fragrant cinnamon latte and freshly made homemade scones were moist and delicious✌️Thank you for the meal😋

I stopped by at the end of my tour of the Central Alps and Komagaike. The interior of the log house was also a bit quiet, and there was a rare wood-burning stove that you don't often see in the area.When I visit again, I would like to stop by and see it again.
