As of 2024/09/14, it is under renovation and cannot be entered!I went there without knowing and it was the owner? someone told me.As I was about to leave, I was asked to take care of myself. I'll definitely come back sometime once the renovations are finished!

Stayed there in 2010.I feel like the water is very acidic, probably because it's close to the source. Some places in Hokkaido don't have air conditioning, but this one is fully equipped. It was helpful during the hot summer months.Dinner was so much that I couldn't finish it.If you overcook the food, the deliciousness will be reduced by half, so it is better to keep the amount in moderation.I heard that management has been transferred to foreign capital.

2020.2 AccommodationThis ryokan is located relatively close to Kawayu Onsen.I love traveling and have stayed at quite a few hotels and inns, but I have never seen anything worse than this.[Good points]Kawayu Onsen is provided with free flowing water from the source.[Bad parts]Even though I had requested a pick-up from Kawayu Onsen Station in advance, when I called on the day of the call, I was told that the vehicle was being inspected and I would have to come by bus (of course, there would be no reimbursement for the fare). The reservation site says that you can use the private bath as many times as you like, but in reality you can only use it once (there is a charge from the second time onwards).Perhaps to save money, only about half of the buildings are turned on.Anyway, the customer service of the staff is at the lowest level.Looking at other people's comments, it seems like the situation hasn't changed even after 4 years, so I think it's best not to stay here.

Use the hot springs for a day trip. It seems that you can use this place from 7am. Since I visited on a weekday, I had the public bath and open-air bath all to myself. The quality of the hot spring water is similar to that of a hot spring with a strong sulfur content, and it was very nice.

This is the first time I've been to such a horrible hotel. The customer service and the food at the hotel were the worst. Since it was a scam, I asked for a partial refund. I took 2 hours to get home without staying overnight. I also had a child, and it was such a terrible feeling that the trip I was looking forward to before giving birth was ruined. I don't want to go to Teshikaga again. It gave me such a bad impression. The atmosphere was like a monster mansion and there were non-Japanese people serving customers, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

This is no good😫It's a level that lowers the reputation of Hokkaido, not just the local reputation.Forcibly open a bankrupt hotel? It seems like some people go there because they can't find another place to stay. It seems good because the price is high, butThere was only one foreigner at the front desk. Unoccupied at night. The elevator is out of order and all rooms are not working.I wonder if they have a business license. In the hallway leading to the bathroom, there are photos of the former glory days, which evoke a sense of nostalgia.I think it's an abandoned hotel theme park.It is better not to be fooled by the signboard and not stay overnight. This area has become deserted and has passed away, and is full of ruins.I feel like I got a glimpse of the negative legacy and reality of eastern Hokkaido tourist spots.
