I heard that Akaishi Shoten started offering it on Fridays, so I went to try some deer ramen and dessert. This is a delicious ramen that is typical of Zanzatei, which is particular about gibier. Although it has the punch of soy sauce, it harmonizes wonderfully with the deer soup. The deer char siu was also topped with a satisfying amount, and the quality is amazing for 850 yen! ? I think. The ultimate dessert is the dessert. It's amazing that everything is handmade, and I thought that a chef with good taste would make something delicious no matter what he made.I felt like I saw the true potential of Ina's chef. That's amazing. .

I stayed for one night on the Gibier course. My father made me eat wild game (duck, pheasant, wild boar, deer, etc.) from a young age, but I never really thought that deer was especially delicious. However, I was impressed by the many gibier dishes I received at Zanzatei, and the technique and originality that allowed them to elevate venison into such a great dish. The only regrettable thing is that the wait between serving each hors d'oeuvre seemed to be long, although I think the host was cooking by himself. It may have been unavoidable because it was fully booked on the day I used it.A pure Japanese-style inn with wonderful cuisine that you rarely get to enjoy. This is a wonderful inn that I would like to stay at again.
