Even though this room was non-smoking, the smell of cigarettes was everywhere in the hallway, and even though the shower curtain was clean, it had a strong acrid smell that was painful😢I've never had this happen before, so I guess it's just a coincidence...Maybe it was also due to the fact that it was the day the air conditioner was switched on?DHC shampoo feels squishy after washing, but after rinsing it becomes fluffy and moist.Amenities include two powdered teas, a toothbrush, a bath towel, a towel, and a knee-length gown! ? Razor and minimal. There's an ice machine, laundry, and microwave on the 4th floor, and there's a 24-hour Sukiya restaurant right in front of the inn, so you won't have to worry about food shortages.I thought it would be helpful if they had disposable cleansers for female customers, which they don't have to pay for.

Thank you for helping me climb Mt. Kisokomagatake.I was planning to go to a mountain hut in Hakuba from September 21st to 23rd, but due to the stormy weather, I changed my destination and decided to take a day trip to Mt. Kisokomagatake on the 23rd.Initially, I was planning to take the first bus from Suganodai, but when I asked the hotel front desk, I was told that it would be better to take the bus from Komagane Station rather than Suganodai. I was also advised that I should arrive at 4:30 in order to catch the 5 o'clock bus, and that I could leave my car at the hotel. The next morning, we left the hotel just after 4:00 and arrived at the bus stop at 4:20. I was able to barely get a seat on the first bus at 5 o'clock. After that, I was able to ride the ropeway with almost no wait.As I passed through the Suganodai bus stop, I was surprised by the huge line, and I was really grateful to the hotel front desk staff. Thanks to arriving early, we were able to safely descend the mountain before noon. The weather was nice and it was a perfect day for climbing. However, there was a waiting list on the mountain trail and it was quite congested.I could easily imagine that there would be a lot of waiting for the ropeway and buses at late hours. Once again, I felt the importance of gathering information.

Used when climbing Mt. Komagatake. It is advantageous to reserve on the official website. The twin beds are spacious, breakfast is included, and the bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.

I was able to sleep comfortably on the two semi-double beds. It comes with a breakfast buffet (mostly Japanese style) and is good value for money. The UBB outlet on the bed is located high and cannot be operated while lying on the bed with a 1 meter cord. So-⭐︎I guess. Also, as others have written, the ventilation in the unit bath is weak (it cannot be adjusted).

When I turned off all the lights in the room, the air conditioner wouldn't turn on, so I tried to contact the front desk and ask them to tell me how to turn it on, but no matter how many times I called, I couldn't get through to the front desk, so I went to ask them directly, but even when I pressed the bell, it still didn't work. He didn't come and was just unfriendly.
