It's a free campsite, but the restrooms are very clean and the lights are on even at night. There is no Docomo signal at the tent site. There was spring water next to the parking lot, so it might be drinkable.

I stopped by while climbing Mt. Otakine. This highland campsite is a great place to explore nature. There is an administration building, toilets, and running water. There is an auto campsite. The parking lot is large.Free.You can climb nearby Mt. Takatsuka (altitude 1,066.1m) in about 10 minutes from this campsite. You can do it even if you don't have the proper equipment. As for the view...you can only partially see the mountains in the distance...

This is a forest campsite.Be sure to make a reservation in advance! It was an irresistible environment for camping enthusiasts. Although you can't see the sky inside the site, you can see a starry sky at night in the parking lot.

1 night from 2023.8.30. free. Reservations are required by phone (simple information such as name, phone number, number of people). Toilet with Western style paper. Auto campsite. The mountain is too deep, so it's best to finish shopping before you go. The auto space can only fit about 10 cars, but the parking lot is quite large, so even though I had made a reservation, I was wondering if I could stay in my car even if the auto space was occupied for some reason... It's about 1000m above sea level and it's very cold in the middle of the night. It was very foggy in the morning.

Only toilets and water are provided, so it is recommended for intermediate campers. Because it is located halfway up the mountain, the nights are cool and you can sleep soundly in the summer!

The weather was nice, so I went for a little walk. The trees are tall and the occasional sunlight filtering through the trees gives a pleasant feeling. When I looked up, the azaleas were blooming. Seeing the azaleas from below is so refreshing. Also, as I was walking, I saw white flowers on the ground. Also, if you look up, you'll notice that it's not a Goyo azalea. The leaves of Goyo Azalea are cute, and the flowers are neat and beautiful. I can only thank you for decorating the ground even when the flowers fell. It was a view that could only be seen at this time of year due to the high altitude. This place felt like an azalea paradise.

There were a lot of fallen leaves seasonally, so we had to be careful with the bonfire. It was a pity that the water wasn't drinkable, but the site and restrooms were clean.

The temporary construction is over, and it's a nice campsite.Wind countermeasures are necessary, both mechanically (tents and tarps) and physically.

In the first place, from the reservation stage, the staff at the government office were very responsive. .Arrived at 2pm on Saturday. There were several families at the auto campsite.I was the only one at the deck site. You'll have to be prepared to not be able to sleep on a Saturday night at the free campsite, but it's super quiet! It was a happy miscalculation. Also, the toilet has a door and there are almost no insects in it, so you can use it with confidence. The toilet bowl is also clean. It looks like it's been well maintained.Hot springs and convenience stores are also nearby.Ah, I liked it!
