I stayed here on a bus tour.When the bus arrived, I was surprised to see all the staff lined up and bowing deeply to welcome me.Did such a polite hotel ever exist? I was surprised.Once the bus stopped, all the staff members carefully carried your luggage to your room.Both dinner and breakfast are delicious kaiseki cuisine!Matsutake mushrooms collected by the president himself were also used in the dishes.The president, proprietress, and staff are all polite and kind!The room was clean and calm and I was able to sleep well.On the way home, we received a greeting from the president and saw off with a lion dance!It was worth seeing.It's been a long time since I stayed at an inn with great hospitality, and I want to go again! I thought so.Thank you very much.It was a good stay! !

Since I was bringing my dog with me, the main building was only for bathing, meals, and souvenirs, but everyone was really considerate and greeted me.The food looked and tasted good.I was full in the morning too.However, it would have been nice to have coffee.Is it in the lounge?When I got home, my husband immediately made a reservation to stop by on a summer trip.2024.7 addedI had a great time staying with my pet in the spring, so I will be staying there again on my summer trip.I had made a reservation early, but this time I had a room right in front of the entrance, so it can't be helped that people were coming and going, but it was noisy anyway.The dog also seemed restless this time.The dog next door is also quite lively and goes home soon after going for a run.The food was delicious, but a lot of the food overlapped with what I went to in the spring.At night, before my companion went to bed, I went to take a soak in the public bath, but I came back complaining that I had cleaned the room earlier than scheduled.Although it was extremely hot, the mornings and evenings were cool, and although the sky was full of stars this time, there were fewer stars.The landlady and staff are very accommodating.The food is also good because it's not very typical of Nagano.

I booked a single room, but it was actually a large triple room.It's quiet and relaxing.The hot spring with an open-air bath was spacious and had plenty of space even for a large number of people.The explanation at check-in was very thorough.You will be taken to the bus stop for Komagatake Ropeway.

The location was perfect for going to Senjojiki Curl.I used a plan that included ropeway and bus tickets.In the morning, the hotel took us to the bus stop.I left my car at the hotel and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel on the way back, so it was very convenient.I was with my family, but I was surprised that I was only given one room key.The people at the hotel were nice and kind.Perhaps my expectations were too high based on the reviews, but the room and food were average.

I stayed in a twin bed room. I guess it used to be a Japanese-style room and was renovated. It wasn't inconvenient, but I got the impression that it was a bit off. It's a little inconvenient as there aren't many outlets.The amount of food was too much for us. I guess I don't need sashimi in the mountains. I understand that they are trying their best, but on the other hand, I can't eat this much, so I don't have repeat orders. I'm sorry.Service is good. The hotel's car took us to the nearby bus stop for the ropeway.However, I would not accept a Roomba sitting on the floor of a restaurant. Even though it's a robot, it's still a vacuum cleaner. Normally restaurants would not leave a vacuum cleaner where customers are eating.

The restaurant is characterized by its style of serving freshly prepared food to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the delicacies of Shinshu that can only be tasted at that time and place.The kaiseki dinner dinner has a well-balanced composition that takes advantage of the flavor of the ingredients, giving guests a high sense of satisfaction.Breakfast is also served kaiseki style, one item at a time. We thoroughly enjoyed the gentle taste that brings out the flavor of the ingredients, perfect for waking up in the morning.

We would like to thank everyone for their excellent hospitality, from the responses to our questions at the time of reservation, to the responses we received before check-in, to the staff at the hotel, and even after check-in. The food was delicious, the bath was relaxing with good hot water, the cleaning and garden were well-maintained, and the building was quiet and I was able to spend a relaxing time. If I had to guess, the only difficult part is that the Wi-Fi in the room is not connected.I was healed by everyone's smiles. Thank you for your help again. Thank you very much.

Stay in a separate building that allows pets.It was my first time staying with a pet, so I was a little apprehensive.It was a wonderful trip, the room was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.The dissatisfied points areThe pillow was very soft and didn't fit well.Meals will be limited to the main building, so you will need to leave your pet behind.There are quite a lot of dishes, so we recommend that you refrain from snacking.However, I was still very satisfied with it.thank you very much.

I stayed here for the purpose of visiting Bunkui Pass.The best part was that the food was very delicious. I was surprised. Impressed!It was food from a ryokan, so I thought it would be just as delicious. lolIt was so voluminous that I could barely finish the wild vegetable kamameshi, so they packed it for me so I could eat it in my room as a late night snack. It was delicious even though it was cold! ! !Also, I felt that all the staff were very kind and polite.Also, the room and the inside of the hotel were clean and had a nice interior. The scent of fresh flowers wafts through the air.

It is located near the Komagane Interchange.parkingWe have secured a fairly large area.It was right in front of the front entrance, so it was easy to move around.facilityI don't think it's new, but it looks very nice. It's not bad.hot springThere is a large public bath on the second floor, with open-air baths for men and women.The water temperature was 40 degrees.The open air was quite nice.mealIn the large hall, there was a partition table set up with a low partition.Hot and cold items will be provided each time. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying.I was happy that the food was delicious.When I checked out, all the employees saw me off. I was very humbled that 5-6 people showed up.

An inn built along the river.Since I was with my dog, I stayed in the annex. The room is clean and spacious enough. There was a pet cage and supplies for dogs.The designs of the yukata and tabi socks were cute. Meals and baths are moved to the main building, and the dog is left at home.The food was Japanese, with each dish elaborate, but I was disappointed with the meat dishes.Even if I had to cut down on the other dishes, I thought it would be better to include the luxurious Wagyu beef.

I stayed here based on other people's reviews.The result was a truly amazing stay. It seems that tour customers are accepted, but general customers can also eat in the large hall at night and in the morning. The food tasted so bad that I wondered what the people who had reviewed it tasted like, and I realized that my precious meal time was over. The hot spring itself has good hot water, but the open-air bath is hot with a chlorine smell, and the cold spring next door is about 30 degrees Celsius, which is just right for summer. There are minimal amenities in the bathroom, but there is no cleansing machine in the bathroom.If you are a woman, please bring your own.There is also no welcome drink or coffee service after breakfast. Nowadays, an inn without any services feels outdated, and I felt that it was a large accommodation facility that flourished during the Showa bubble period.There will be no second use.

Last year I used it with my pet. I was satisfied with everything about the room, hot springs, and food. When staying with a pet, I often have to put up with things like smells, oldness, and dirty rooms, but at this inn, the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.This year, my husband and I used it to climb Mt. Kisokomagatake. This time it was a room in the annex. Just like last year, we had great memories of our trip with the room, hot springs, and filling delicious meals.We would like to thank the hotel staff for their kind consideration. I would like to use it again.
