A very good hotel if you take it seriously.There is no bathroom or toilet in the room.It's not a card key, but the security on the first floor is solid.Perhaps as a result of omitting the plumbing, the rooms are spacious and the prices are low. It seems that there are many people staying for consecutive nights, so there is a lot of storage in the room. There are a lot of bicycles, so there seem to be a lot of students here. In fact, I passed many people and the bath was very lively.Well, it's like a student dormitory. It's conveniently located in front of the station and has a parking lot. I thought it was thoughtfully designed with a common space in the center sandwiched between rooms.Everything is clean and comfortable.There is a large communal bath, laundry, and a simple kitchen and toilet on each floor, so there is no particular inconvenience.If you are staying in NiigataI think it's good here.

Dormitory-like facilityThere are no washrooms in the rooms, the washrooms and toilets are shared, and there is only a large public bath. It can be confusing if you don't understand the equipment.

Second stay for work. This time it was 9 nights.The toilet is shared, but it is very clean.The washroom on the 4th floor has a microwave, toaster oven, and IH heater, and some people were doing simple cooking.The bath is a large public bath and can be used at any time except for cleaning from 9 to 10 AM.The temperature of the bath is high and it feels comfortable.The room is larger than a typical business hotel single room and has storage and a desk.No room cleaning or bed making.You must separate your garbage yourself in the elevator hall.Vacuum cleaner rental is free, and bed making is ¥1000 upon request.Since the room is equipped with a window air conditioner, the windows cannot be opened at all, but as long as you use the ventilation function of the air conditioner, you won't feel uncomfortable.But what if you're a smoker? ?The overall feel is somewhere between a hotel and a studio apartment.
